Ordered a pickup for my mom to get and they claimed to not have it. Checked the app and she was 100% at the right store. I tried to call multiple times to figure out what happened but seems they don't know how to answer a phone or understand how costumer service works. Not only have they wasted my mother's time but they played with my money. Do not shop here !

A typical Target with a huge parking garage. Store could be cleaner but it's well managed and I've never had any issues here.

I was trying to work at a flat tire one morning. When I asked the security for guard for help his immediate response was I am going to call the police. This is very disheartening, especially considering I work for a major corporation that helps the host most community in those at low income status. The only gratitude I can find in his rudeness is that I now know exactly what my clients feel. When I asked what his name was, he said martin luther king junior and was a complete Smart alec. I tried to explain to him that I worked for a major company. And I was just trying to get my tire fix. He continued to get on his phone and called the police. This is the most disgusting customer service I've ever seen it. Target, and I have always praised this company. I truly hope you do something about this employee.

CART NARCS NEEDED HERE ASAP!!
The management of this store has the simple task of hiring people to keep the shopping carts out of the middle of the road or pushed to the side in the uncovered parking lot.
And they can't even do that. Go There, any day, any hour and you'll find stray shopping carts littering the parking, everywhere except in the cart corals where they should be, thereby creating imminent danger to moving as well as parked cars.
It's consistent. It's pervasive. And it never gets addressed. I've visited there early in the morning and seen scattered carts, then came back hours later in the day and seen THE SAME shopping carts in the same place not having been moved.
It's the most unbelievably neglectful yet easy problem to solve and the management doesn't do it.

Customer service isn’t great, security is an absolute joke. The alarm went off as I was leaving the store. I backed up and waited for someone to come over and check my items/ receipt. No one came, an employee ( maybe another security person)and security guard were standing there chitchatting. I walked through again, thinking maybe it was the person just before me. It went off again. I looked at security and offered to show my receipt. They waved me along. I get home to find a tag on my socks. Shoplifters can absolutely go nuts at this place, security might even carry their stolen goods to the car for them if you can catch them between conversations. I’m here on vacation, actually needed these sock and didn’t have the time or a way to go back and return them or get the device removed.

It is unbelievable that I have been calling this store for an hour. Pressed each number to every Department and no one picks up. *Guest Services, pick up or whatever it is that you call it every time you call that desk someone picks up and hangs up but I have a serious issue I made purchases today clothing to be exact undergarments lingerie the ones you have on sale at 20% off but I still have tags on them you know the sensor I don't know how I even got out the store without it going off. I'm posting this to say because I'll be there tomorrow with the same items with my receipt and I'm quite sure your cameras work please don't give me anything about( how) I'm telling you now because you don't have phone etiquette. I would post a picture with it but I left it in the car just to make sure when I get off work I don't forget to return, well I'm not returning them but to get the sensors taken off because I did pay for my items and the camera shows that I did.

This will be the last time I shop at this, or any other Target; not only is their parking lot full of cars from people who are not their customers, but you have to have an app to get a sale item.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. And trust that is saying a lot coming from someone who has worked in the industry for 30 years. I can give a lot of grace, but too many awful interactions with the employees here have made this my least favorite Target to shop at.

Absolutely unacceptable. The ADA was created for heartless people like these stores employees.
I don't care about me, but this happened to someone I care about so I'm livid. (For context they are wheelchair bound with a large electric chair)
We were sitting in the fitting room waiting room and tried to get an employee to open the accessible fitting room. An employee came over, I tried to get her attention politely, we made eye contact, and then she kept walking. We look around to see if there are any rooms that would fit her chair, nothing comfortably and without moving the furniture. Went and talked to her to see if she could open it. She said it was locked because there were clothes everywhere, we asked if we could move them for her. She said no, it was covered in boxes and currently being used as storage, and the only person that could open it left 4 hours early.
Was not polite about it, was not accommodating, didn't even stand up to talk to us and did move a muscle to try to find help. Because apparently disabled people are worth less than some boxes and helping at all.
Absolutely ridiculous. They don't care for the disabled at all.

The past two times i've used the "drive up" service, my order has been incorrect. The first time I ordered a black eyeliner, but was given blue. Yesterday I purchased some saline nasal spray for my daughter, however, they gave me the adult version. They don't tell you they substituted your item.....you find out once you get home. Major inconvenience.
