Nekole the manager is amazing. She really cares about people and it shows. I have had wonderful care from each and every doctor I have seen over the past 5 + years for my eye exams - and Nekole takes care of her customers from start to finish. It makes me keep coming back here and recommending this optical store to everyone I know.

Nekole with Target Optical Atlantic Station (Luxottica N. America) was fantastic in helping me find the right size frames and look I was hopeful to find. I went in expecting to buy one pair glasses and ended up buying two with the amount of selection she had to display and choose from. Dr. Ashley Haywood was also very knowledgeable and very encouraging as I went through an eye exam for the first time since middle school. She was patient as I found the right sighting for the frames I was to later buy and was just a joy to work with during my visit. 10/10 customer care the whole way through. I'll be happy to receive medical care and shop again!

Nekole was great and very helpful with getting me set up with new glasses. Don't love that this store is a part of the Luxottica monopoly but prices weren't as high as other places and staff was very good.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Target Optical thanks to Nekole! She provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Nekole is extremely knowledgeable about all types of vision benefits and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her helpful attitude and willingness to assist made the process smooth and stress-free. You can truly tell she enjoys the work she does, and it shows in the care she gives her customers. I’m looking forward to working with her again in the future

Nekole provided great service! I was looking for an eye glass kit because I lost a screw in my glasses and she actually offered to fix it instead. Very happy with my repaired glasses and I’ll be looking to come to her for my next exam.

My go-to Target optical! As they are always consistent and reliable, Following my eye exam with Dr. Emily (Whom it was an absolute joy and pleasure to work with as well) Chad & Nekole went above and beyond to accommodate me in choosing a new pair of frames. They both were honest, knowledgeable and extremely down to earth. Coming to a decision on which frames suited me best was a breeze as opposed to being overwhelmed by all the different options.
Excellent customer service as well as an overall stress-free experience. This location rocks! Ask for Chad and/or Nekole!

This visit was hands down the best optical appointment that I have ever had! Nekole was kind, compassionate, & accommodating. She listened to my financial concerns without judgment & worked to help resolve the issues at hand.
Dr. Cung had a very calming presence, was extremely knowledgeable & informative. He explained my eye health to me in a way that was easy to understand & the exam was so quick!
I could go on & on but I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you!

Chad and Nekole were more than efficient in their service and answered any and all questions I had for them. They provided a very warm energy to the optical center as well making it feel more than welcoming. Popped my new lenses in my glasses quickly too!
