Alison on cash register 4 at 7:20pm today had no reason to be rude and nasty. If you hate your job that much, even for a day, go HOME. There was no reason for you to be rude…rolling your eyes…playing on your phone..purposefully breathing hard with no eye contact at the boys before me and even to ME.
Everyone has a bad day, but know when to release frustration. NOT on customers.

I recently used the drive-up service at Target and was quite pleased with the experience. The process was straightforward—after placing my order through the app, I received notifications about my order status and when it was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the designated parking spot, I notified the store via the app that I was there.
The wait time was minimal; within less than minutes, a friendly associate brought my order to my car. They confirmed my name and order before loading the items into my trunk, which was a nice touch to ensure accuracy and security. Everything I ordered was in perfect condition and exactly as described online.

You should be careful about the date of expiring of food and especially medications. I bought sleeping pills there and they turned out to be several months out of date. You should also pay attention to how many times the product is scanned at the checkout, because they do it two times instead of one sometimes. The service is very nice, they never do any problems with returns. Except one lady at the cash register who made fun of my accent while she was serving me

I live in the neighborhood this target never has two things that match !!!!! It's insane everytime I come in here I leave without what I'm looking for and have to order from Walmart ! I came in here for a simple plunger and brush set they have non ! Don't waste your time coming here !!

I went to this store on 5/20 around 10:45A and was looking for an item near sausages and lunch meat. The guy working saw that I needed to get over there and just stayed in my way on the phone the entire time. I decided to put everything back and go to Publix. This store needs to work on customer service badly!

This is usually my go to Target but just know that the bathrooms are always really really gross. I think they’re understaffed and often times there isn’t someone on self checkout to help with removing clothing tags/check id’s/etc so sometimes there’s a long hold up. I go to this Target probably 3-4 times a month, and the bathrooms are always very gross. Like poop smeared on the walls/floor gross. Don’t think it’s the employees fault, they’re always very nice to me and are probably just stretched too thin.

They have self check out closed nearly 24/7, their carts are all extremely loud or the wheels don't work or make a lot of noise, they don't ever have enough cashiers, they don't say anything to people bringing their little dogs in and putting them in carts....the list goes on

hands-down, this has to be my favorite target for several reasons, but the main one is the customer service and the location. about a month ago, this location failed me with adequate customer service and management. i don't know what's going on since it reopened but the staff member pictured was rude, and not of Target Customer Service . even when I requested management, they looked lost like they couldn't handle the employee or the mispriced items i was looking to purchase. things have definitely changed, but to have an employee who’s talking back to customers, and challenging them in front other shoppers with foul launage and a condescending attitude is not OK. that's not the brand and the likeness of the company

I was racially profiled at this location today. I am an African American woman and while I was at the register checking out my items a white man was talking to the security worker at Target and pointed at me saying that is her. I have no idea what they were talking about. I go to Target on weekends to buy household products and today I needed to restock on cleaning supplies. Then next thing I know the security guard is standing behind the cashier. My total is almost $100 and I pay for my items! The Target Security officer was an African American man and is starring me down like I’m some criminal! I am college educated and work in Tech! I don’t need to steal! It’s such a shame because I’ve spent thousands of dollars of my hard working money to this establishment! I am sharing my story to warn others because this location is EXTREMELY RACIST towards African Americans!!!
