My computer was frozen, I could not restart it or shut it down. I called and was able to drop my computer off the same day; however, I had important documents on my computer that I wanted saved. I told the repair techs, and when I came to pick up my computer 5 days later all my information was deleted and my audio did not work.I would not recommend coming here.

Pleasantly surprised by good service. I asked them to dislodge a bead that was stuck inside my audio jack. My own employer's IT dept had failed to extract it, but Tapeworm removed it without damaging the jack. I They only charged me $45. I was expecting to pay at least twice that amount. I'll definitely use them again.
