I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Talbots in Vinings. When I attempted to return a sweater I had purchased just a few days prior, the cashier curtly informed me, "In my store we need the tag, so no." There was no attempt to help, and her aggressive tone made the interaction even more frustrating. I felt compelled to point out how unprofessional her attitude was.
In search of better service, I went to the Peachtree Battle location, where Karen a staff member were not only shocked by the rudeness I encountered but also offered a sincere apology for the lack of professionalism at Vinings. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way, and I hope management addresses this issue. I won't be returning to the Vinings store.

Wife went into the store to use a coupon and her rewards and sales staff made a comment "People like you always use coupons". That coupled with a unhelpful, I wish I wasn't here demeanor, gives reason to never come back.
