Patrick was both super helpful and respectful after coming in to cash a relatively large check despite being criticized unprofessionally by the woman sitting next to him during the process. Hopefully if he decides to continue his career in this field management will see this and take it into consideration. Praise publicly and criticize privately. Otherwise great experience.

Every ATM requires you to take your card before money. Not this one. The amount of times I've visited and someone's card was left is unreal. I've even left mine once.

From the moment I stepped in the branch, Mrs. Vicky, and Mr. Hudhaifa made sure I was taken care of. I’d just lost someone very close and every step of the way, they each made sure that both I and my company’s needs were met. The employees at this branch are simply amazing! Bravo!

Opened an account using an advertised bonus. Only part of the bonus was deposited initially and the main customer service center was not helpful. However, after filing a complaint, the branch manager reached out within 24 hours and quickly resolved the problem. HIn the end, he will be the sole reason I remain a Synovus customer. Based on that, I recommend this branch to anyone looking for a local banking option.
