horrible horrible customer service when you go to trader Rolex for another upgrade Rolex I have the receipt of what I paid. I have a certificate showing the watches were 6500 I paid 5500 and they're trying to give me only $2000 on a trade to buy another Rolex watch from them rip off buy from another company.

Did not enjoy my experience. Compete waste of my time. Kind of rude, condescending security. Not great. I'm sure safety is a prime concern. I have no way of verifying whether or not your security is Atlanta police or not. I'm not in law enforcement but I believe there could be a way of having everybody feel secure without making people who actually visited your store feel like they are stupid. As you very succinctly point out it's just better nowadays to shop from your sofa. I get it. I won't be back

I was looking for a watch for my son's 45 th birthday ! A Rolex circa1979 the year my son was born . Jason called and spoke with me several times before I decided on the purchase. He was wonderful each time and the watch when delivered was fabulous!

Was looking for a pre-owned Rolex and after browsing several sites decided to purchase from SWE. Their inventory was by far the largest I found and the prices are competitive. I did have trouble completing the purchase directly on the website so I called them. My call was answered immediately and a helpful, pleasant person was able to quickly complete the process. The watch arrived well packaged in two days, as promised. It is in pristine condition and running great. Overall very satisfied with the entire experience.

Traded in my submariner for a sea dweller 10 days ago. Sea dweller has rotor noise and service in the next state over to me said it needs to be sent in for service. Quoted me minimum $872.When I called Swiss Watch Expo spoke to Jason about their warranty, he said I had to pay $70 shipping and it would take 2-3 months to fix…Imagine getting sold a $14,000 defective Rolex and then being told YOU had to pay for the shipping to get it fixed less than 10 days after buying it.These people are not interested in selling a well inspected quality timepiece. They are interested in moving volume. Once they take your money, good luck getting service.Should have never bought from them. BUYER BEWARE YOU COULD BE NEXT. Too many Rolex dealers to roll the dice with these snake oil salesmen.

The condition of the watch was spectacular more than what I expected salesman. Row was excellent with my decision on my vintage Rolex. but I guess they are extremely busy. I reached out a few times and didn’t get a call back, but was recommend Swiss Watch Expo

i traded in a submariner for a sea dweller. the watch they sent me was not inspected and making rotor noises. I don't trust them so I went to my AD... the confirmed the defect and I sent in the watch to repair at my expense. They care about selling volume not the condition the watches are in. Posted a pic on Google reviews of the AD estimate for proof. These people have a warranty but who can trust them after sending me broken Rolex?
