I’ve been consigning with Sweet Repeats for quite some time. And sad to say the service is not the same. I consigned several of my little ones items that I was not able to locate when it was time to pick up the items that did not sell. They mislabeled a few of the items without a “size” I spent hours in the store going through many different sizes hoping to match the descriptions, which was not clear as well. I asked one of the workers if she could clarify the naming convention listed to try and find the item. She tried and said she was sorry she could not make out what is say, they recently had a new person start and she has not been putting the descriptions correctly. She said she would help but she is too busy at the moment… As I continued to go down the list there was more than one item with similar issues. After spending more than 2 hours looking for the items. I mentioned the missed items to the worker again and she asked me to leave the list and they will TRY to see if they can locate the items, that THE STORE IMPROPERLY LABELED. I called to follow up 2 weeks later and they said they still didn’t find the items. The lady over the phone made it seem as if I was out of luck. She specifically told me that the store policy is when you consign with them the cloths/items become the property of the store….. Mmmmmm - clueless. So, anyone that consign with Sweet Repeats, need to BEWARE! You may not get everything back that you dropped off at Sweet Repeats! ——— Mmmm food for thought. And even if they lose or mislabel your item they will not hold THEMSELVES accountable, SMH!!! Hate that I will have to end several years of consigning with them. Bad business…

Easy to bring clothes in and the process is straight forward. After you have an account with them, you can get in and out quickly. They take gently used boys and girls clothes, shoes, and purses. You can find nice brands and the staff are friendly and helpful. They start taking spring/summer items January 1st. They do not take fall/winter items after January 1st.

I cannot even express how disappointed and horrified I am by how we were treated and spoken to. Not only did an elderly employee raise their voice at my family but also was discussing inappropriate conversation in the store and could be overheard. The clothes here are good quality but not worth the trip considering the treatment and behavior of the employee.

Such a cute little shop. The service itself I can not comment on. No one greeted or hailed me...ironically I did purchase two items. I love that they are organized and clean have so many different choices of nice things for little girls. I would revist.

great selection of children's clothing toddler and school aged what I was seeking. I have been to this store twice now and each time pretty well stocked with cute items!

THIS LOCATION HAD AN ADEQUATE SELECTION, BUT MY ISSUE IS THAT FOR THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE IN THE STORE, NO ONE ASKED IF WE NEEDED HELP? HOWEVER, THE EMPLOYEES WERE ALL TOO HAPPY TO CATER TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. I'M NOT SURE IF IT HAD TO DO WITH THE COLOR OF MY SKIN, BECAUSE I'M NOT INTO PULLING THAT CARD?

I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this store over the years. They have a great selection of quality brands at reasonable prices. Off season items can be deeply discounted and found at a great price. Unfortunately, I’m no longer willing to shop there after my experience today.

This is a review strictly on the consignment process, which I wish I researched more as I am one of many with this feedback. The consignment process is terrible. Don't do it. I LOVE consignment and I've never seen anything like this. I dropped off a ton of maternity clothes and baby clothes - I went to get my $16 I received (this is no joke - about 40 items) and I was told I had to collect all my consigned items myself. Well, not so easy - I have to search through racks and racks to find my "ticket." It has a price code / color - I'm not joking. I literally just gave up. The store is a mess - laundry baskets everywhere. They only way they pay you in a check which, you have to GO in pick up in person (this is 2021). Then, you can provide them with an envelope to mail you a check (I did this and never received a check). When I was in the store I was complaining about the process - they were nice enough to get my items for me. Great, except I'm missing a $200 JBrand Jeans from Pea and the Pod and I came home with two additional items that weren't mine? Please don't consign here Moms!

I have now lived in 3 different cities but have never found a better children's consignment store. Whenever I'm back in Atlanta, I try to visit! The staff are always kind even when I shop with my children! The prices are good and the clothes high quality. I LOVE this store!

To say this place is overflowing with clothing options would be a bit of an understatement. A wide range of options, and range of prices. The high end brand labels are of course on the higher end for the store, but the quality is very good and of course still far less than you would face new. It's also clear they have a wide range for ages so we can shop here for many years. Will certainly browse again from time to time.

If you are shopping for consignment baby clothes this place is a diamond in the rough! They color code the tags up to 90% off. I was able to buy MANY items for under $1.00- perfect for newborn-12 month clothing! They also carry maternity!

Adorable shop on Miami Circle! I did a little online preview last night, but I was overwhelmed with the number of high-quality baby clothes when shopping in the store today. They have a great variety of styles and prices with incredible markdowns. The customer service was excellent. I appreciate everyone being so friendly and helpful. I walked away with lots of great finds and look forward to going back again.
