Two girls just sitting at a counter looking at their phones didn't even help but one of them yelled at us for looking at an earring. Two girls are getting paid to play on their phones and send customers away.

I came in looking for bridal jewelry and the woman named Kasey helped me, She’s patient and kind. As a plus size woman I was afraid of the Millenia necklace but she insisted I try it on, when I tried it on I felt beautiful. she probably has the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time.Thank you!!

Horrible and a downgrading experience.I went there to buy a bracelet as a gift for my friend and the first thing i was asked was what was my budget!? Like what.I said the amount, she took the bracelets back without even showing.Your job is to show the customer an item not to downgrade them, if i wanted i could have bought 2-3 bracelets.I went to kendra scott and had an AMAZING experience.The lady was indian and she was constantly on her phone.Please educate your employees for a proper service, otherwise there are many better jewelry stores for people to go to.

Horrible experience! The African American lady with colored eyes was very rude! My experience with her has made me not want to continue purchasing items from the company as a whole. She had the nastiest attitude! I was hoping to receive an exchange or a possible refund due to crystals falling out of my ring after only having it for 3m, but I ended up receiving rude remarks and awful service! The Swarovski store in Knoxville, TN has much more class and are always willing to help; tips should be taken from that store! Also, I receive much more assistance WITH PLEASURE and better quality items from Pandora! I am officially done with Swarovski!

I had the worst customer experience as a customer friend, since I suggested the brand to my friend for a gift to her fiancé for the birthday.When we said we want the Rose Gold Colored Bangle, she packed the Silver one. After we went back to home and checked it. Shocked it was Silver oneMy friend decided to return it, when we try to return with in the 14 days of return policy, she told me why didn’t you call after seeing it either to the shop/cusotmer care afterwards after checking it.We really didn’t thought about it, we thought it’s a simple return and, “we thought there are Cameras around in the shop, which she can check whether we are lying it or not. Which she doesn’t want to do it”.

Believe the worst reviews, don’t expect returns or exchanges. Manager is hiding and saying she isn’t available and kids at the desk say they can’t do return or exchange, only manager can do that. Unnecessary drama!!

I tried to return this exact ring in this condition and the sale associate told me I can’t return it even though I only had it for one week. She said the stone is not shiny as the brand new one she compared it to therefore it is considered “damaged.” If their crystals lose their shine after just one week then it is not worth the money. I will never buy another thing from Swarovski. Listen to the bad reviews and stay clear of this place. Terrible service and products.

Poor customer service…..store phone doesn’t work had bought an item on Saturday paid in full after reaching home decided to cancel the item the next day…tried calling several times on the store number but couldn’t get thru….so had to purchase an item despite not liking it.

Casey (hopefully I spelled that right) was very helpful. Came in to look for a gift and she helped me out, even gave me the exact price with the percentage off (they had a sale). The check out process was very smooth as well.

This location unfortunately does not follow the company's return/exchange policy.I received a Christmas gift from my significant other (originally purchased at the Mall of Georgia) and decided I would like to only keep one item and return the two other items. We visited this particular location with the original receipt and credit card. The sales associate proceeded to tell me she would "be right back" after I explained what I wanted to do. Her manager who never came out to speak to me stated I could not return the items because it was over 14 days. However, they have a holiday extended date (Jan 31, 2022) for returns (with original receipt). Additionally, we weren't able to come earlier because my family and I tested positive for COVID right after Christmas. In the end, I called the Mall of Georgia location and Ms. Dona (Assistant Manager) was SUPER nice and helpful. I did end up driving all the way to Buford but it really was unfortunate that the Perimeter location didn't even try to work something out especially when it is literally the corporation's policy.

I received a watch for Mother's Day and it was a bit too big for me so I went into the store to see if they could eliminate some of the links... Robin was extremely helpful. Her customer service skills were superb.
