Ordering one of Suspenz's 2 boat kayak racks was probably one of the best online ordering experiences that I've ever had! I placed an order and had the kayak rack the next!! Lauri dropped it off on a Sunday, after calling me to see if it was alright. I will be using them to fulfill all of my kayak needs that they can help with!!

I got the Deluxe Rack wall mount to store the kayak I surprised my boy with for Christmas. It was easy to put up (he and I did it together and neither of us are any great shakes at construction). It works great and looks great. Every time my boy and go out to the garage, we both just stop to admire the whole set up.

My husband and I couldn't be happier with Suspenz, both in regards to our rack itself and the excellent customer service we've received since. The rack is very strongly built and will last a lifetime. The parts are all very high quality. Set up was well explained. Our rolling rack is easy to use and easy to move around our garage. It's both very well built and very functional. We love it. We had to call into for customer service for a minor question and couldn't be happier with their happy, helpful attitude. Suspenz is a great company that other companies could learn a lesson from in both product quality and how to treat their customers. We couldn't be more satisfied.
