Very efficient branch. Everybody is super nice and helpful. Micheal at the front desk was very efficient. Ask for Moses the banker or Jodi the new manager. They are awesome and very knowledgeable. Love love this branch

Made an appointment to open a business account and the bank teller scheduled me for Saturday, came up there on Saturday to find out they only have appointments available for mon-fri. I was disgusted and disappointed to know that’s how I’ve been treated and judged, racist staff member that needs to fired for poor customer service and judgement.

After having trouble with another branch, I came to this one and had an amazing experience and got everything done fast. I highly recommend Moses if he’s available

Waited nearly 30 minutes to see a banker (at 2pm on a Tuesday) before giving up. No sense in keeping your funds at an institution with brick and mortar branches if they’re unable to deliver face-to-face services.

No one willing to help within a reasonable timeframe.

The staff is very nice. Every time I go to them, they patiently help me with many difficulties, very good service, compassionate, and actively help customers solve problems. This is a very united bank, better than any bank I have been to! Although I don't know their names, there used to be a male staff who was nice but he's gone, hope the staff don't change too often!

ok so I just literally ran in here before they closed, (they close at 5 PM) when I tell you they hooked me up with good, quick customer service. This might be the only branch I deal with. Three ladies and a gentleman with beautiful loc’s gave me comforting, and empathetic customer service. Thank you to Ms. Jemeriah for the effort of making sure I got help. She left her spot to make sure that someone was able to see me, was very nice about it as well. Ms. Rashauna Elliot gave me STELLAR service, she was knowledgeable, so sweet and kind and explained the services offered as well. Ms. Nazila branch coordinator saw that the other ladies were either assisting others and she came to help me to move me along the way. She was patient and kind, waited for me to run to my car and back. I absolutely appreciate it. Although I came to them last minute, they all were so nice and respectful, I couldn’t help but to leave a good review. You never know what someone is dealing with, thanks for your kindness to me. I will be back, Thanks so so so much.

This branch is incapable of being helpful to customers. Since he merge I’m having numerous issues with online banking. Zelle. I tried repeatedly to call Truist customer service holding multiple days snd hours to never get through. Went to the branch 1:25 to speak to a representative who abruptly at 5:10 pm after we held with customer service for 45 minutes said she would f/u on Saturday and call me back. After holding again today for lengthy time Montreal , aka Mr.rude and unprofessional told me that they aren’t open on Saturday’s and the lady that was their was just helping out snd he couldn’t help me either and I should contact Zelle myself before dropping me back into Truist customer service 2 hour hold again, which I’m in while typing this. This branch is pathetic. Merge or no merge. Get out. They can’t help you and won’t. We all need to bank elsewhere.

The SUNTRUST atm at this branch withdrew $500 digitally from my UI GO CARD account, but the SUNTRUST atm did not dispense the cash. SUNTRUST is not taking responsibility for this. They are refusing to help us. It is the SUNTRUST atm at the SUNTRUST bank. Who else is responsible? We have been with SUNTRUST for about 15 years. They are, in essence, attempting to STEAL our $500. We will be changing banks and taking whatever legal action necessary to get our money ASAP.

Words cannot describe how infuriatingly disrespectful the staff at this branch is. Absolutely zero regard for a customer's time. Closing my account immediately.

I've had such a frustrating experience with this branch that remains unresolved. I've been banking with SunTrust since 2009. My mortgage, personal banking, and two businesses are through SunTrust. When I opened my private practice in November 2019, I was given a $400 promotion for opening a business credit card, a business savings account, and merchant services, which involved buying a Clover machine for credit card transactions. I was told that within 2 pay cycles, the $400 would show up in my business account. Nine months later and countless emails and phone calls later, only $200 has been deposited into my account. And those $200 were hard fought on my part. I had to call for several months to follow up on this and finally in April 2020 (five months after opening my account), half the promised promotion money was deposited into my account. When I asked why only half the promotion was deposited, I was told by that bank associate who helped me open my account initially that she had misunderstood the promotion, and I only qualified for $200. I was incredibly frustrated as the ONLY reason I utilized merchant services was to get the $400 promotion. I have another system that does my billing, but I figured I would pay $100 for merchant services in order to earn $400. That bank associate (who I should mention is so friendly) has been out on leave for about 3 months now so I've been communicating with other people. I have left several messages with other associates and have been told six times to expect a call from the branch manager, including when I was communicating with the original associate whose now on leave. I have been told to expect a call from the manager as far back as March 2020 and that has yet to happen. I feel incredibly frustrated because as a small business owner, $200 makes a difference to me. And most importantly, I feel that a company should honor what they say. I lost money (the $100 on merchant services I had to pay originally) because of their employee's error. I feel so confused why a company as large as SunTrust has dragged this $200 discrepancy out for months, and it still remains unresolved.
