Truist at it's finest, two negative reviews in a week, Wow. This complaint is exclusively for the collection department. In short, I was contacted June 19 /20 about missing a credit payment. I explained to the clerk that wasn't true. I was told to go to the bank and inquire. I did. Fast forward, I explained the situation to clerk. He sat there staring at my account. This was a complete waste of time. Why would you be checking my personal account for a balance transfer check drawn on another bank? He never left his desk to ask the tellers. He also refused to check the drop box to see if the envelope had gotten stuck/lodged inside. I left. June 23, I made a payment at another branch. Later that day, I received a robot call stating, x- number had elapsed without payment. The re-cording wanted to know, how much was the payment and did I pay the late fee. I refused to answer and hung up. It was my position, that the clerk should have checked to make sure the account was current. I was of the opinion the issue had been settled. June 26, I received a letter, (jist) I gave false information. I vehemently disagree with That Lie. If that check is ever posted, I 'll write another review along with a picture that letter. In closing, I want to point out, I've been a customer of this bank in excess of 30 years. I still have my first bad check to write or make a late payment on a damn credit card.The tone of this letter isn't / wasn't warranted. May I suggest to Truist Officials, given your poor customer service and low ratings. This situation needs some immediate attention. This situation "Can't be blamed on the PANDEMIC.

I like this branch, but it seems as though "SunTrust" does not care about this branch...this little branch in the black, Greenbriar neighborhood. It needs to be upgraded. This branch is truly neglected...it's sad.

Worst bank I have ever been to. I get it, some locations may be understaffed, but I waited thirty-five minutes in the lobby and still did not get serviced. I had to leave in order to handle other affairs since the one banker on duty in THE ENTIRE BUILDING was busy with the three people in front of me. I would just go to another location altogether, they obviously don’t know what good customer retention can do.. YOUR LOSS!

Today was my first time walking into this branch and both the branch assistant manager & the branch manager did EVERYTHING in their power to assist me. I greatly appreciate them so much. I would definitely recommend this branch.

I swear on life that I hate these unprofessional people at this location, on two different occasions, I needed help from the notary, and this lady gave sooooo much attitude, as if I was asking her to consign on a loan, or something!! Mind you I went in in different occasions, same attitude.. so I advise you, that if you are known to be quick tempered,, PLEASE AVOID THIS BANK,, AT ALL COST.. P.S. IM NOT A HOOD ghetto chick,, or a bad body Thot mom , I know how to approach things with with professionalism...
