This review has nothing to do with the products. This review is based on costumer service and an order that was placed by a repeat customer via text. The order was a short order and and address was given. Now being repeat orders were done in the past and a specific address used, this new address was sure added to the order for the items to be shipped to. The costumer was waiting for the order. It never came. The customer called Sunrise Fragrance, the tracking number checked and seamed delivered. The customer stated they didn’t receive it. UPS was called and it was delivered to the wrong address. Sunrise Fragrance didn’t offer to resend the package being they sent it to the wrong address and they didn’t recheck the shipping address to make sure they were sending the package to the correct address. Also once they learned of the issue they had no care at all.
