I have used this dry cleaners for years. They are always quick to turn my clothes around, helpful with alterations (if they need to tweak an alteration, they are happy to do so) they have never misplaced my clothing and they are SO friendly! Richard (guy with cool mustache) is the best! I highly recommend using them.

Terrible. I dropped off $150 jeans to be altered next day. She advised it would be $56 which I thought was a pretty good price for next day. I specifically told her I did NOT need the bottom of the pants hemmed more than 3 times. Once I came to pick up she told me she did it anyway and it was $36 for the one pair. My mistake was bringing the jeans home before looking at them and they fit worse than before. Never again.

My husband and I have been using this cleaners for years and never had an issue until recently. I drove up to pick up my clothes and there was a car in front of me, after he dropped off his clothes the owner placed it on the counter and I drove up. She grabbed my clean clothes and placed it on the customers dirty clothes that he had just dropped off to be clean. The clothes I picked up smelled like some strong cologne (clearly from being laid on the previous customer’s dirty clothes.) That was strike number 1 for me.Strike 2 was around Christmas the pipes burst in buckhead due to the weather so cleaning pickups were delayed which was fine, however when I did pick up my clothes they were not cleaned at all and alterations that was supposed to be done was horrible. When we spoke to the owner about it she did nothing, didn’t even offer to reclean our clothes or anything, which was strike 3. We didn’t want money back we just wanted our clothes cleaned and altered because that’s what we paid for.It was a slap in the face being that we’ve been customers of theirs for years and have never complained or anything.Needless to say we have stopped using this cleaner.As a business owner myself I try not to leave bad reviews however customer service is key. She clearly dismissed us, so we took our loss and our business elsewhere.Services: Organic dry cleaning

This place is the worst. They ruined my dress and then lied and tried to blame it on my previous cleaners when I had just worn the dress prior to taking it to SUNNY’s. I will never go back. If you value your clothes you will stay away from this place.

They did an amazing job on my white dress. My dress at delivery was left at a neighbors house out in the rain. Several weeks later we found the package but unfortunately it was severally damaged with yellow stains and mildew due to the rain. Didn’t think it could be recovered but Sunny’s Cleaners did an amazing job getting every satin out. I can’t thank you enough for the amazing work and always having a friendly smile.
