The previous owner, Sunny, sold the business and a couple of her existing employees continue to work there. Currently, this business is operated under new owner and hired a few new employees. The existing employees, the new employees, and the new owner are not related.
No customers are grandfathered-in with their existing service. It’s bad for business.
I compliment the older woman who does wash and fold my clothes (who worked with Sunny). She is sweet and does diligent workmanship. She is on her feet for strenuous long shifts. I’ve seen Kenya and another on their phones while the older woman worked without her phone. No mannerism in the front counter.

I took my suit to get cleaned she said it would be back the next day. I wish I would have checked it when I picked it my black suit looked like a cat been all over it just ridiculous!Service: Organic dry cleaning

Switched here because other place I went to closedWent on a saturday hours posted says they open at 8am but no one was there at 840 when I got there..its becoming too expensive and a cost i can save and do it myselfm

Saturday octuber 22 2022 Do not go to this dry cleaners is the worst ever. Kenya the front counter Hispanic woman It’s so unprofessional and really rude I went to pick up my clothes And my dresses were really dirty and still have the stain I point at them when I drop it off . This place has unforunately gone downhill. They were not open at 7:55 today, despite the 7am opening time being posted on the door and here on yelp--wasted my time going to their business for nothing. A few weeks ago, they did not have my clothes ready on time and did not notify me either, so I also wasted time going to their business for nothing. As others have said, no compensation when the items weren't ready on the day promised. If you value your time, it's a gamble doing business here.

This used to be a great store with good customer service. After Covid, everything changed. I gave them clothes with minor stains and I got them back with the same stains.

I thought I'd try out Sunny's Cleaners because it was close to my office and I was pleasantly surprised. The attendant was pleasant and efficient and took my information down and told me when my order would be ready and the price was a little bit better than I thought and I was pleasantly surprised by that. The order was ready when they told me it would be and what more can you ask for? My shirts looked really great!

Edit:New owners are not at the level Sunny was.Old review:Fair pricing, quick turn-around, friendly customer service, and all laundry done on site. Not much else you could ask for from a local business.

My white lab coat had black and red ink pen marks, blue hair dye on the collar, oil, dirt from walking around. Got it back the next day like it had never been worn!
