The staff is really nice. But I had a pedi and mani. Didn’t cut my cuticles with manicure. Pedi didn’t cuticle or file a shape and places so much nail polish it looked bulky. Redoing it today Thursday although I got it done Sunday.
I don’t like telling people what to do, I just expect them to know what they are being paid for. Have a tip but will to be going back just because they were nice.

I came here for a simple regular mani/pedi, and it was a complete disaster. The nail polish was applied so poorly that it formed bubbles on the first layer and was laid on excessively thick. Shockingly, the "technicians" didn’t even bother to clean the nails after applying the polish, leaving a messy and unprofessional finish. To top it off, the customer service was the worst I've ever experienced—inattentive, and dismissive - yet one of the technician said I had to leave at least 18% of tip. Overall, this was a waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

I started coming to Sugar Coat about 3 months now. Today was very different! An Older woman named HANAH started doing my nails and toes. I told her how I wanted my nails and toes Shaped. It wasn’t meeting my expectations. Vivian stepped in and helped. Very nice and patient and met my expectations. HANNAH began to shape my nails, she asked, “did I like the shape” I told her “NO” she started yelling in the whole place and walked away. Vivian also shaped my nails and asked HANNAH to polish. HANNAH refused to polish my nails. My feelings are hurt, not only that, I took my boyfriend here for the first time and had the Worst customer service ever. This was very Embarrassing. I rate this place a 4 Star because I love it. The Aesthetic, Cleanliness and professionalism. I’m very Shocked receiving the service I did on today.

I live in Buckhead and often go to Sugarcoat for my nails. I generally get good service. My visit yesterday was a big disappointment! A guy was supposed to give me a basic pedicure. He took twice as long as anyone else in the salon, bruised my cuticles, poured nail polish on my sandal and ruined it, left a scratch on a painted nail while helping me put the other sandal on. I may have been his first customer. Why are nail salons hiring guys now? They obviously are very inexperienced in nail treatments. Do they get less pay than women nail technicians?

Probably the best mani pedi I've gotten in a long time. Very attentive, nice massage, not rushed. Highly recommend.

I’ve always loved Sugarcoat! The pictures below are my actual natural nails done one with just gel nail polish and one with SNS. I highly recommend as they’re affordable and clean. I do have to admit I was kind of disappointed with how much money I spent getting my SS removed and the way I was treated during my last appointment (which had never happened before). I’m not sure if it was because they thought they were losing a repeat customer or what caused the sudden change in customer service. I 100% recommend but also have not been back since that occurrence :(

Absolute best service my friend and I have ever gotten at a nail salon. My friend has health issues and started to get lightheaded and pass out and the ladies were the kindest most attentive people ever. So great to their costumers and attentive and caring. Also beautiful job at nails ! And great prices !!

Service is sub-par depending on what you get and on what day and who is doing it. It’s Buckhead so nearly everyone (staff included) is pretentious and has the underlying attitude and passive-aggressiveness.I called ahead and the woman on the phone lied about their availability and services. I was told something completely different when I arrived.SugarCoat is a chain and quite honestly I’m not impressed for the price. It’s posh and cutely designed but uncomfortable unless you’re in the spa chairs.I had a much better experience at the Midtown location.

Wish I had read the reviews before I went. I'm getting g married and I showed them a picture of my design. They said "yes, ok, we can do that". Turned out they didn't have the right polish to do my nails and they just plain can't do nail art. I ended up having to have a new design and was there for 3 hrs waiting for someone who could actually do nail art. I made a whole appointment. I'm so disappointed. I still only half way like my nails and I'm stuck with it so whatever. Not happy and I don't have time to get anything else done. They should be honest about their abilities and products before saying yes.

First and foremost I would like to say that I’ve been going to this specific location for the last 2.5 years and never had a bad experience with anyone there. Theres a nail technician at this location named Ana she’s been doing my nails for atleast 5 years. Ana is so talented in what she does and does it all with passion, the love she puts into her art is unmatched thus why I’ve been loyal to her for so long. Ana’s artistry is beyond standards and exceeds my expectations everytime and does a great job at making me feel at home.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Services: Sculpted nails

Best nail salon I've ever been to. The facility is clean, bright, and well-maintained, and the online booking process is seamless. Amie is the best!
