Really appreciated o so helpful and beautiful staff members Layla and Jenna who went OUT of their way in helping my selection on this rainy night I ran in! I was looking for a few amazing gifts for a couple special persons! Amazing gifts from local artists, creative modern organic home decor and whimsical paper products. Sugarboo adds a little good to the world and I loved my visit here. Will return for all my Christmas shopping! Your staff time and special kindness made a big difference. Today I visited this store for the first time during my visit to Ponce City Market. Upon entrance, my Goddaughter and I received a very warm welcome from a male staff. He also was helpful directing us to the mirror to get a better look of the purses I was checking out and recommended we checkout the wall of earrings. I complimented him, " You're good!" It was Good Friday and the store was offering a 20% off sale for the highest priced item you purchased. I was interested in purchasing two purses at $70 and $250+. I noticed the strap for the leather $250+ purse was broke. I informed Leslie and she said she would check the back for another one. Leslie returned with the unfortunate news that they did not have another purse. I asked the Manager, Mo, what could they do. Mo extended the following options: 1) Take the already 20% off or 2) Remove the purse from the floor and return it. Is it me or is the first option unfair? So, you're going to sale me a damaged item for the already 20% discount and NOT even offer at least an additional 10% off. If not you're removing and returning the damaged item. Mo definitely needs a better course in being an effective manager and could use a few lessons from her pleasant staff, Leslie and the male staffer ( I wish I got his name, but could not locate him upon my exit). I really hope that Mo did indeed remove the damaged purse from the floor and did not allow another customer to unknowingly purchase a $250+ purse with a broken strap. Do better!

I recently purchased this art piece called "Choose Love" in a 3X3 for my daughter's room and she absolutely LOVES it! Her friends all want this too, either this one or the "Choose Peace". It's really special and creative artwork, and beautiful quality! I love this store, and always find unique items.

Went to Ponce City Market to get some gifts for the holidays and found Sugarboo & Co, I ended up leaving with some gifts for family and a few things for myself. This store sells home decor like candles, mugs, wall art, as well as other unique items. Friendly staff and a cool whimsical environment, i can see myself coming back here in the future.

SUCH a sweet shoppe! Tucked around the corner from the main breezeway at Ponce City Market, all manner of housewares and perfect giftings can be found at Sugarboo. Come here for a housewarming gift or a present for a baby shower or a completely memorable wedding gift. Great selection and beautiful browsing abounds!

This review is specifically to shout out the A1 customer service of Rodney!!!!! I went shopping on 5/1/2022 and every time I picked up something or my hands got full Rodney was right there to gather my items and answer any questions I had. He went above and beyond and made my experience one I continue to think about! I spent way more money than planned because of his great service and that’s okay with me! Makes me want to go back and spend more money lol! He even walked my bags to my car because my purchases became too heavy for me to carry. I think a raise for this man is in order!

Rodney was fantastic! I saw a ring that wasn’t in my size and Rodney went the extra mile to seek it out at another store. The other location was able to put it on hold for me and I love it!Thank again Rodney! You do your job very well. Excellent service.
