My experience with sales person Cam was excellent. I came in not sure exactly of what I needed. He provided a few suggestions and had me try on a couple of shoes. Then when I didn't find the color I needed, he provide his card and store contact so that I can call and request items be sent direct to me. With my busy schedule this was actually the best suggestion. I actually had not considered it. I wear a size 11.5 to 12 and always think I need to come into the store. He'll definitely be hearing from me.

Great shopping experience and service at this location! Cam in particular was so helpful when I hunted for shoes for a wedding at the last minute! He helped with anything I needed. Wasn't pushy and didn't try to rush me on while I weighed my options, and was extremely helpful when I unfortunately had to make returns!

The sales person was too pushy... and it was too much... I wanted a pair of boots and she was trying to upsale me recommending that I purchase 2 more pair in different colors... the boots were $500 and I was splurging for my birthday ... the expectation that $1500 was readily available was obnoxious... I will continue to order online..

Today I’m giving Cam and Kay five stars for their exceptional customer service. I was treated in a friendly, respectful and kind manner. They both went above and beyond to assist me. I would definitely recommend this location.

It seems like every time I try to visit the store. It never opens on time. Very frustrating. A waste of my time and gas.

So disappointed. The store websites says it opens at 10am I've been here for over an hour and there's Still no sales associate and the store is closed. Unacceptable this is the service you receive when buying $500 shoes

If I could give this store zero stars I would! I was so excited after having a rough couple of months when a close friend of mine bought me a $450 pair of pumps. After wearing them for only 4 months the heel tips started to come off. Someone told me to call the store as Stuart weitzman is usually great about fixing shoes for you. That couldn’t be further from the truth. I brought my shoes in and the staff told me it would take two weeks to fix. I called a month later and was told it was taking long because they had to get the parts from Spain to fix my shoe. Three months later and plenty of calls and promises to return my call I had to physically go to the store to get answers only to find out that they had my shoes all along. I wore them once and the tips came loose. I called again and was told that they had to speak to a manager to see what the solution was and they would call me back. Of course that never happened and three weeks later I called back only to be told that they would have to send them in to get fixed again and didn’t know how long it would take but promised they would expedite it. I won’t take that chance again and be without my shoes for another 3 months. What a disappointment! This is suppose to be a premium brand with superb customer service but what I experienced was definitely not that! I sincerely hope that you don’t treat all of your clients like this!

Horrible! I have purchased 3 pair of the Mira mules at retail full price $400 plus per each. Every pair the insoles on at least one pair within two wears has come loose where you are walking on an exposed screw. I took the first pair in on on 4/18 /2019 for repair. I paid $10.89 was told it would be 5 weeks because the shoe had to be shipped back to Weitzman CA for repair. Upon follow up on 5/5, I was told by the assistant manager the parts were shipped from Spain for repair and the shoe was at an Atlanta cobbler (?) lie much?. Upon follow-up on 6/6, I was told by the store manager, she had no control over UPS and the parts for the shoe repair had not come in (more lies). Manager and staff had made no attempt to follow up w/ me in all this time or check on the shoe repair. Meanwhile, the entire season I’ve been w/out of a pair of nearly $500 shoes. She went on to act as though weitzman was doing me some huge favor for a free repair - I paid $10.89 for damage to a shoe that had been worn twice, that cost nearly $500! It’s been nearly 7 weeks with no follow-up. I am outraged at this point. Not only did Weitzman not repair my $500 shoes in all this time but the moron manager says she will ship them back to me. If her & Weitzman’s work ethic is anywhere near what it’s been so far, I guess I just flushed at minimum $450 down the drain. Not to mention the black and maritime pair I have in this style that did the exact same thing in the insole on at least one shoe (cheaply made). Beware, Weitzman shoes are cheap and the management and service follow suit in customer service/no service!

This location won me over on my first purchase of this brand. I arrived to check out the nudist collection. I looked at the shoe on the website for a while and considered this to be an investment shoe because it goes with everything, it's a simple and classic design. I was torn on the height of the heel and went in to try them both on so I could be sure I would be happy. I ended up going with the higher heel and am so happy I did. I was greeted by the sales reps and Vivian made sure to take excellent care of me. I was offered a beverage and was never rushed in making my decision. Vivian brought out the black and nude shoe in two heights, sizes and materials. She went above and beyond making sure I was happy with my choice. I will be back soon for another color!

Feel in love.. With such an amazing pair of boots.. I just had to take them home.. And Ally was such a wonderful joy to meet her customer service skills were on point
