I moved into a new home and had a year warranty on the floors. I submitted requests with my builder to to get several floor planks replaced that were peeling and Strathmore came until it was perfect. I appreciate Fabio coming twice to look at the floors. His crew (Guero, Berna, and Jader) was excellent.

Never in my life have I experienced such unbelievable neglect as a customer. I emailed Michael on 2/16 a photo of a carpet I was looking for. He responded that he thought he did recognize it but would check the next day when he got to work. From that point until now I have tried texting him, calling his cell phone, calling the store, leaving messages for FOUR WHOLE WEEKS!!!! I have gotten ZERO response. Today I called and was told with no explanation, "At this time we cannot service your account." I asked for an explanation and the same line was repeated to me. I don't even have an account! This would have been my first purchase. I am in complete shock at how I have been treated. It would be nice if SOMEONE would tell me what in the hell is going on!

I moved into my home a little over a year ago and the flooring in my kitchen has lifted. I've contacted the builder multiple times to try and get this issue resolved and fixed. The first time was April of 2020, almost a year later and I am still waiting for my floor to be fixed. The lifting has been taped down but I find that to be an unacceptable solution to my problem. I signed and agreed to the terms of my house under the impression that I was purchasing a home that would at least be in tip top shape for minimum the first 5 years. It's been brought to my attention that the builder midway through the community switched companies, with that being said that should not affect or delay the fixing of my floors. I understand if the floor can not be replaced but I would at least like for it to be repaired. Someone has previously come out to my home five times, to repair my floor and the vinyl plank continues to lift. With all due respect I also understand that the mill where they make the flooring is trying to come up with a better solution for the flooring problems but that is not my personal problem. My mortgage is paid monthly, I purchased a brand new house with the expectation that I was choosing the right builder. If I were to take a survey at this very moment I would unfortunately have to refer potential buyers to take their business elsewhere. It's unpleasant to my eyes and my guests to see grey tape as I walk through my kitchen area. Hopefully six times will be a charm on getting a resolution to unpleasant flooring. Talked to "Mr." Tom Walker in Strathmore regarding cabinet quote as they worked with John Wieland/Pulte. He gave me a quote for about $700. Few weeks later when I was ready to place an order, I asked for an updated quote for a smaller standard cabinet and new quote was $1,100. $400 MORE for a smaller standard cabinet!! When asking about price difference comparing it with the first offer, his answer was "Good luck with another supplier." It was the same scope except that 2nd quote was for the standard cabinet 3'' narrower (still standard size). Very professional answer, like finding a kid with his hands in a jar of honey. In short, ARROGANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL.BTW, I wonder if one of the guys that gave review is the same Tom Walker?

You can purchase Benjamin Moore Paints here, also. Very helpful staff. The guys working there have been dealing with Ben Moore paints a long time and know the products. I have switched most of our paint purchases to this dealer since they can handle bulk orders and small alike. It helps they are on the way home too.
