Poor customer service and some of their shoes have become cheap looking recently - quality is declining. Great styles but disappointed in the Steve Madden brand now after many years of loving their shoes.

So I ordered two pairs of show on their website which didn’t fit so I called to see if I could come in the next day and exchange them. During that time I spoke with the manager Gabby whom was very nice and patient and looked for the shoes for me and sat them to the side til the next day. When I got there the today the manager Diamond had the shoes ready for me. All the employees were very helpful and patient with me because I couldn’t make up my mind. Everyone was very hands on with all the customers and worked as a team to satisfy everyone. Good job ladies I will most definitely be back!!

I was very happy with the customer service I received from Steve Madden at Lenox mall. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. I showed the employee the dress I was wearing for an event and what type of shoe I had in mind and she recommended a few pairs of shoes she thought would look great with the dress. I was so happy with the shoes I chose, they were cute and comfortable! I also bought a clutch purse which was really great quality that she had suggested I buy to go with my outfit. This employee did a great job, she was attentive, knew how to cross sell, and made sure that I left the store satisfied.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with! Fatima is extremely rude and clearly does not “check every shoe” she sells. Save yourself a trip and go to a different location.
