This is a great hotel when getting treatments at Emory. Staff is friendly. This stay was great.

Overall, it was a good experience. I didn't have any complaints except that I forgot my electric toothbrush in the room and could not contact the hotel back after I checked out. The hotel was very busy, and some of the valets were rude. Breakfast was good, and I never went to the pool. Overall, I would stay there again.

The front desk is very unprofessional and not helpful at all. If you call the front desk no one will answer. If you go to the front desk to ask questions will be lead in a circle. If you are coming here for a quick stay then it is a decent hotel. Other than that, I would highly NOT recommend.
