I purchased a grande ice americano and I had more ice and water that I couldn’t even taste the coffee. You guys need to step up. The cost is too much for this type of service. Teach these folks how to measure what they’re putting in these cups or better yet, all you folks that dine here need to make them accountable for these lousy Short shots they’re giving us. Summer’s coming, I know you want cold but damn, a cup full of ice and a hint of coffee for the price they charge is not OK.

Really friendly staff. They're clearly making an effort to be welcoming to every customer. Nice. Convenient location at I-285 and Cumberland Parkway.

The quality of service has gone down hill. This new generation or young employees have a real challenge with comprehension and accountability. They modify drinks adding too much or ignoring request like no water. As if a customer is not going to recognize the difference in taste. I love this company and will still fraternize. This review is about the experiences I have had with the 4 Starbucks near me, below:Eastwest Connector-Austell, GAAtlanta rd-Smyrna, GaCumberland pkwy Atlanta, GANorth side Dr-Sandy Springs/Atl GANever in 20 years of business, getting coffee if not daily, at least every-other day and sometimes multiple times a day (for context), have I ever had to argue to get a drink corrected or deal with an unpleasant attitude until 2023 at the Northside Drive location. I didnt report it because I didnt have time to. I simply changed locations. Another incident my drink was incorrect and instead of just correcting it, the drive thru attendant went to investigate who made the drink, then cones back and says “well I aint make it” so they’ll take of you and walked away, then the manager comes to the window and ask to see my receipt, mind you I had not left the window, then goes back and brings me the correct drink- an additional 17minutes after waiting 22 minutes in the drive thru. Some of these locations have an automated greeting in the drive thru.?I am an avid believer in hiring young because they can be molded, the experience in service cultivates a fundamental law in communications that will benefit them in many faucets of business as they grow.Baristas’ memorizing the menu should be testedAptitude test to show ones cognitive skills should be tested, not to discriminate, but to evaluate if this individual is or can be molded to demonstrate the company’s core valuesThe opportunity lies in either the training or education for the positions OR the hiring requirements have become too lax or are just not being considered…and it could even be a combination of both. Please fix this Starbucks!#Your1Fan #theCustomer

The inside customer service is poor. Jasmine waited on me and I found her to be rude also unfriendly.

I am fascinated by their coffees, although it is a disappointment that the cleanliness of the bathroom was in terrible condition. I wouldn't like to think that their utensils are in the same condition!!

The problem is very long lines and wait time. I was told they have one microwave to heat food hence creating long wait times.

This Starbucks is at a busy intersection and always has a long drive through line (if you are parking try to avoid a spot where the line will wrap around you will get block in). Inside they have a community table with 6 chairs and a long bench with 7 tables and 7 chairs. They have plenty of outlets if you need to work remote, and they don't get super busy inside. I've always found a seat. They have a patio but only one umbrella. The coffee here is average, they don't usually mess up orders but sometimes I'll notice I get more ice than anything. Workers are nice and pretty fast.

Gentleman at the front taking orders today stopped what he was doing ran over and took our order- there were 4 other guests already in and 2 waiting on their coffees. He was super nice took our orders and we had a good conversation. But then after 10 min another couple walked in, he took their order- it took 22 min for us to get 2 coffees!! Yet the couple that order after us got their order at the same time as us?!? Definitely go through the drive through - it’s at least time and they get those drinks out faster instead of parking, walking in and waiting 22 min for an ice coffee!

The baristas were very accommodating. They made sure the drinks were satisfactory including adding an extra shot at no charge. They rang up our orders a second time so we could get the stars on the promotion which we missed by pennies. Very patient and helpful. Most of the beverage containers were 50% off. Which was cool.
