Lady taking orders before the cashiers doesn't need to be doing it. I showed her a picture and said exactly what Drinks I want she wrote down the wrong one and now they say they are too busy to remake it.....

Sign at 11am stated "The Starbucks today closes at 4pm". Get there at 11:30am after checking out and they're closed. What kind of 'full service' Starbucks closes at 11:30am on a weekend? It honestly would've made more sense to not bother having a closure time sign.

Screw Starbucks, I will NEVER purchase anything from them. Everyone has opinions, and that is their Right. But it's mine to not support a company that I do not believe in. I wasn't in one of their locations, I had to be at a wedding held in the Westin hotel in Atlanta. And there was one in their lobby.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the manager. We were missing a drink and stood there for over 30 minutes as people who ordered after us continued to get their drinks. When i brought it up to her she said “I’m sure i have it somewhere but im only one person”. Even as she cleaned off her stack of cups and we still didn’t have our drink she refused to make it.

As a former Starbucks employee, you wouldn’t catch me or my former co-workers being as rude as they are. Too much attitude too early in the morning. In the words of Tokyo Toni “if you were working for me you’d be fired immediately”?️ The drink itself was fine tho.. I guess.

Happy with the drink I ordered but please know this staff is extremely rude, and impatient. Proper training needs to be given, or firing and rehiring needs to happen. I was standing in line waiting to order and the woman in front of me clearly didn’t speak English well, but was trying extremely hard to communicate properly and I could tell she was getting flustered but stayed kind the whole time and apologized for her lack of English. She was visiting the states from Korean. Malady who was taking her order was so rude and got extremely frustrated, loud, and refused to be understanding that the customer was trying her best to communicate. Finally the woman paid for her latte and walked away to wait, malady said out loud for the woman, myself and the people behind me to hear her “oh my god some people I swear, so annoying” I was SHOCKED. I worked for sbux for 8 years and if I heard any barista speak like this on the floor I would have immediately pulled them. I felt so bad for the woman in front of me to not only be met with such rudeness but that’s the example of America she got when she traveled overseas to be here and see the city. This location NEEDS to do better. I was really shocked to see this behavior at this location and know it would be completely unacceptable at other locations/districts.
