Recently I submitted an application and resume for a Retail Stocking Supervisor position at this location. I was asked online to choose a date and time to interview with the Hiring Manager--so I did. On the morning of my interview, I showed up to find that the store's Hiring Manager stood me up! No call, no reschedule invitation, no apology. The MOD confirmed that my appointment time was correct, and called him from his lofty perch, alleging he would call back. He never did. Thank you for wasting my time!
Perhaps this level of unprofessionalism explains why Staples keeps losing profits and market share!!

Ordered 6x4’ postcards. Standard procedure, fairly simple request. I don’t know how they managed to botch it up. Gave me some weird hybrid mini size (was about 4x3’) - money down the drain.
EDIT; store manager reached out courteously seeking feedback and trying to improve. Nothing wrong with that

I love the staff here. They make my shopping a pleasure. In a day when everything is self check-out they take the time to have real people at the registers. I go there whenever I can for work or personal items

I wish the customer service was better..... standing in line to return Amazon package with 5 or 6 ppl working in Staples uniforms. No comment....no hello....no one moment please..... nothing. Damn Amazon for this. I would prefer to take all my returns next door to Whole foods

I needed to print some decks of cards. Since I arrived Jade explained me exactly how I needed the documents, he was super patient with me (I am not a designer). Next day I came back and brought the documents. The decks were ready the following day. I reviewed and Jade again was super helpful and kind. Gracias!!

All the staff at this location are very rude. I don’t understand why people get jobs places they don’t enjoy. The whole atmosphere of everyone in the printing center was so off I left and didn’t purchase anything. They definitely lost a lot of potential business because of their lack of professionalism. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all especially to business owners:

Aaliyah the SUPERVISOR… FAKE NICE AND RUDE. I came in one day and she was so ready to help. I came back a few days later and caught her trying to hide from me literally was ducking and dodging. If you work customer service and dome want to help the customers then find something else to do outside of customer service. I called and spoke with Will and said he would address the issue but it sound like a lie. So I told them if she don't wanna help i’ll call corporate all day to make sure she don't have a job. No need to apply for a job if you aren't going to help customers. Most people nowadays only have a job just yo get a paycheck. I’M STILL CALLING CORPORATE THOUGH.

My husband and I have gone to several other stores in the last few years to get his/our legal photos taken, and they have all disappointed us with the unflattering and borderline invalid photos. We went to this store today and I was pleasantly surprised at the professional set-up they have for passport photos, and we were helped fairly quickly as well. The person who helped us was very patient and personal, and they offer a competitive price for the service from what I've seen from stores online. Other than this encounter, we don't come to this store very often, but when we do, we usually have a good experience.
Shoutout to the photo/printing staff!
