I was assisted by Jade, he is outstanding. He walked me to the pc backup devices, explained things, was patient and had tons of knowledge about computers. The staff here is very friendly and helped me find the 3-ring binder (2 inches) in Green color, which is sealed in a box on the highest level of the shelf.
