After being a loyal patron of St. John for 20 years+, I've always enjoyed my shopping experiences with many of the wardrobe specialists at this boutique. However, that has not been my experience with Sherri Wright. She has been rude on many accounts and her bad attitude is NOT a good look for the brand.Great customer service is the key to maintaining loyal patrons, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.Apparently, employee evaluations/reviews aren't given or taken seriously.

St John is like walking into a sophisticated, upscale shop circa 1990s. It's a classic store with beautiful womenswear. The customer service is top notch. Nelly helped me and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. I love St. John's knit skirts and dresses for work. They also offer suit sets and feminine, elegant silk blouses. Timeless classics.

My 5 yr old wanted to look inside at the clothes. The sale lady's help her look at the clothes. Great job!!! Even though we didn't buy anything.
