You walk in no one addresses you. It’s a Friday and there’s only two people working. And the iPhone 15 just recently came out. People are waiting and walking out. The wait is ridiculous. They completely ignore a women that was sitting on the couch waiting before me but started helping an old yt man who just walked in.

Doesn’t accept phone trade-in’s due to “store manager’s decision”. This completely goes against what all the phone reps will tell you which is that you can turn in your trade-in to any T-mobile store location. Extremely disappointing to waste my time here, will never come back and would not recommend!

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I came into the store to make a payment and Antwain the manager was unable to take it but had the authority to override it , but refused to do so . I have never felt more disrespected as a customer in my life . He needs to be fired because I’m sure I’m not the 1st or will be the last customer he has treated like this . I will be escalating this to the highest authority possible. Thank you for the piss poor customer service

Just wanted to say how much of an amazing experience I had with ALL the employees at this store, but most importantly Yamille and David. As soon as we came in, all the employees were hands on deck helping us with our switch. Yamille went above and beyond helping us do the switch to T-Mobile, even when there were complications, she kept pushing no problem. David was amazing as well.. I have never in all my life had such an amazing experience going in to get new phones, most the time I dread it! But they made it wonderful. Thank you to Yamille & David and all employees who helped us get started. Would 100% recommend this location to ANYONE and 100% recommend T-Mobile just off the experience I left with today. Thank you guys! I look forward to being a T-Mobile customer ?

There's not a no star rating, but this location has to be THE WORST customer service I have EVER dealt with. David the ASM needs a lesson in customer service. I bought an iPhone 14, the phone was defective I called 611 and they told me they wrote in the notes the issues that I was experiencing, and told me to go back to the store. I went back, and told the ASM, and he told me to prove the issue, insinuating he didn't believe me. 611 had asked me to erase my phone before turning it in, which is what I did, and David made me feel stupid by asking me why I did that. So, after 15 min of me being patient, he told me he wouldn't look at the notes customer service wrote, because they can just write anything, and it wasn't worth looking at. He not once looked at the notes. After this, he asked me to log into the phone w the issues- but my phone didn't have service since they use ESIM now, so I tried to log in using the WiFi but before I even could conveniently he told me their wifi was down. So I asked him how was I suppose to log in? He then again stated that he didn't see an issue w my phone. I just wanted an exchange FOR THE SAME PHONE w the fees waived, because that phone was defective! *I was within the 14 days. *I kept experiencing my phone shutting off on me. *scrolling wasn't working, it would freeze and shut off. He asked me if I tried basic resetting settings, to which I had stated prior that I wiped the whole phone and tried to use it again. I was also on the phone with Apple for a few days trying to solve the issue and they determined their phone was defective and let me know I should speak with the carrier about an exchange. He then continued to say I couldn't prove the problem, so he couldn't take off the $70 charge for exchanging the phone. My problem is that I was gaslit by him and he didn't want to even offer help. I know they don't make money off of helping customers, but he for sure has always had an attitude when trying to "help" me. As a business customer of so many years, this has been so disappointing to deal with. He ended up exchanging my phone and waiving the fee, but it's frustrating to have to jump through hoops when my phone was defective. It also doesn't make me feel like my small business is valued because of the way I was treated. I hope that they turn it around, since he stated they were a signature store.

Star, an employee at this store needs a lesson in customer service. She lied multiple times to me about an available product and lied to me about trying to contact me on my phone. I had such great experiences at the other two T-Mobile stores I visited, I was very disappointed to find an employee like Star working for such a great company.

I had a HORRIBLE experience in the store.The first two associates talked poorly to me and made me feel like they did not want to assist me. They did not give me all possible options to solve my situation. I had to do my own problem solving and THEN have them assist. They gave insufficient information and did not apologize when it came time to make corrections due to their errors.They seem to cater to people who ARE’NT of color, which is strange because they have minorities working inside of this location.I will never return to this store until it is restaffed or the current staff has PROPER training.

We were here to drop the device. Very friendly customer service at this store. Marc helped us with the process. He was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Completed the process and provided the acknowledgment too, physical and digital copies. Appreciate the responsiveness and willingness to help customers.

My husband and I recently switched to T-Mobile and had a bit of weird mix up with the initial order of our new phones. The employees here were incredibly helpful in fixing the problem. Marc and Eric were both awesome. They were both very knowledgable and made sure everything was sorted out before we left the store.

If you are reading any bad reviews older than 5 months those staff are no longer at this location. New Management & New Staff = Quick & Great Service. Both Taz and Eric were extremely helpful!
