I am so grateful to Spot for Dogs. The staff is attentive and knew our Simon by name following his first time at the facility. Ben who works the front is a perfect representative for the business, pricing is honest and well-worth it, and Simon absolutely LOVES to "go to camp." After a boarding session, Simon comes back exhausted and so, so happy. Their Instagram (pictured) is adorable and gives us piece of mind that our baby is having a good time. We recommend this place to all of our dog owner friends in ATL.

I love this place! They love and care for my pup like he was their own. I know he is safe and cared for and they put my anxious millennial dog mom heart at ease.

This place is it!! Harley loves coming here for day care or boarding. I trust them to keep Harley (and all the other dogs) safe! They also try to do a good job posting pictures and stories so you can see how much fun your dog is having!

Love this place. Staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. I could tell they paid attention to my dog by the way they spoke to and about her. She's happy there and I is tired for almost a week. So, it's so worth the the money. I take her 1-2 x per week.

Our Labrador, Maddie has been going to SPOT for almost a year. She was almost 10 months old when she started. Boy, does she love it! All I have to do is ask her if she wants to go to SPOT, and she gets so excited. Everyone is very attentive and so good with the dogs. We have boarded her there, too. Love this place!

The staff at Spot is always amazing. They greet the pups by name and pups run in with excitement to spend the day at daycare. I would have given 6 stars if I could!

I love this place! I have two small King Charles Spaniels, and they try and drag me to Spot every time we go on walks. Despite a lot of big dogs at the daycare, my little pups always get lots of love and care from the staff. I know they’re safe with the Spot team and come home exhausted from all their fun. My 4-year old Cav is a bit lazy, and the team does a great job putting her with other chill dogs to lounge. These people really know my pets, and my girls absolutely love them.5/5 stars for Spot and 6/5 stars for the team.

Mowgli has been going to Spot for Dogs for the last two months since we moved here from Colorado. I was very nervous to start him in a new daycare since he had been going to the same person his whole life prior.Mowgli is a little timid and can be a proverbial "Scaredy Cat". He comes home tired and happy every single time we go and I can leave him there with 100% peace of mind knowing he's in kind, loving hands. One of my absolute favorite parts of my day is getting an instagram notification of them tagging me in stories and pictures of him having fun. By far one of the best perks of being there! I'm not a big advocate for the video cameras and livestream, but fun pictures here and there is an amazing touch.I will also note that whenever I've had a question regarding anything dog related, they have been extremely helpful as well. The whole team at SFD is amazing and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would without question.Thank you all for being so awesome to Mowgli and all the other furry ones.

Located on the backside of the building, be aware there is only one way in and out for cars and with the parking situation, it's a one car width so drive very slow! The artwork on the fence + building always makes me giggle every time I see it. Accessible from the beltline and via car, SPOT's sign is hard to see from the road, look for Village Vets.I've boarded my small dog at multiple locations over the past 8 years and walking into this location I was instantly at ease. As of this post I have not boarded here, so I'll update in Oct afterwards.First, the Village Vets have their own dogs at daycare here.Second, the majority of the lobby is glass, looking out into the building and all the dogs. Every single dog looked very happy (even though it was raining outside). The location didn't smell and there is a lot of beautiful foliage!Third, the staff was very knowledgeable, calm and clearly love animals. They explained how the daycare and boarding situation works, they addressed my concerns from my dog's previous boarding experiences and detailed how their system is different.Fourth, the dogs are separated by temperament, not size. My small 10 lb dog is fine with a Great Dane as long as they are calm. In the calm area there's a privacy screen and open cages with bedding for naps. In the high energy area, a large door is opened into a courtyard for zoomies. Just like in a dog park, there are double gates between areas to prevent escapees. Before boarding or daycare - you need to have your dog in for a free temperament test, a min of 4 hours. They have your dog on a leash and slowly introduce 'the regulars' via leash to determine level of sociability & energy.Be AWARE- daycare is first come first serve, not by appointment. They have reach capacity by 9:30 am every morning. They place a sign outside and on the door to indicate full capacity. Boarding is usually at capacity one month out.YES-they have fridge for fresh foodYES-the feed 3 times a day if needed and snacks as directedYES-they administer medication if neededYES-security is amazing (in the alley there is barbed wire on top of fence and all exterior windows barred, building has a security system). With the gate and door design, no dog can escape accidently.

We love Spot! Our dog Tovah is always so happy to go in! One thing that really impresses us is that the staff always recognizes her when we drop her off, which always amazes us because they have so many dogs they get to know and interact with. When she comes home, she’s tired in the best way. She’s never returned from day care or boarding sick, and always eats while she’s there, which is really important to us. We had previously taken her to another boarding spot and she was sick for a week and hardly ate any food while there. I picked her up from a weekend at boarding and I saw them give her a big hug and kiss goodbye-they really love the pups there and it shows! I never have to worry about her when we have to go out of town because I know she’s in the best hands!

Spot is fantastic. It is apparent that they truly care. Our dog loves going to play group / daycare. She has also enjoyed boarding. The only thing to be aware of is Spot can wear your dogs out… which I think is a good problem to have!
