Yesterday I had the displeasure of dealing with Niki, I don’t know if she suffers from mental illness or is just inherently evil. She was rude & speaking to me crazy, rolling her eyes for whatever reason. Like, I’m here for a technical & she’s like the schedule is already full and I just need to see you cut, fine. She was pleasant the day before but on Sunday disgustingly rude. As a person who has a masters in HR & managed individuals, her behavior, the say she spoke to me and as unwarranted and unprofessional. If she was like that with me I’d hate to see how she treats others. I don’t entertain low caliber & weirdo behavior so I said that’s already. It’s an interview & not that deep but the owner needs to know she’s rude and will end up getting sued with her nasty attitude. The old me would have cursed her miserable behind out, but I didn’t, the other young women were extremely nice & professional and I appreciated them, but Niki is unprofessional, miserable and rude. I would never beg for a job or work for someone like that. Being at that big age & not effectively communicating, acting like a nasty individual just because you can was weird.

Just got back from the SC at Howell Mill. And I'm posting this review to say how much we really REALLY miss Ms. Alice!!!!!!! (and other stylists like Ms. Aisha)
Not only was Ms. Alice good at her job, but she was also very pleasant to deal with.
Our visit and haircut today (a kid's haircut) was a far cry from any of that. Though the haircut itself wasn't totally bad, the experience as a whole wasn't exactly good (with the stylist trying to charge more because some "final touches" were requested after she unilaterally decided she was done. Something that could've been easily avoided if she had, as is customary with young children, checked with the parent-customer about haircut satisfaction first)
I don't wanna name names because I'm not out for blood. But management should seriously consider getting their newest stylists trained in haircutting, hair-styling AND customer service if they're interested in customer retention. Otherwise, just keep doing exactly what you're doing.

I went in the Howell Mill location today and was turned around by tay (barber) because "she doesn't know how to wash locks." I don't know if this is a big deal or not but it didn't feel right. I was directed to wait for management to get there for service. I left, then I came back luckily I don't live too far from sports clips, the manager Salina did an awesome job with me. I left pleased because of the manager.

I recently visited Sports Clips on Howell Mill and had the pleasure of being served by Katie. From start to finish, Katie was incredibly professional and detailed.
She listened attentively to my haircut preferences and executed them flawlessly. Not only did I leave with a great haircut, but Katie also surprised me with an amazing haircut style.
I have always enjoyed the convenience and pricing at Sport Clips and was able to walk out on this occasion with a flawless and perfect short haircut that most can’t offer.
I highly recommend Sports Clips for the convince, but in particular, if you have the chance to be serviced by Katie on a Monday and Tuesday don’t hesitate to pick her. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience for her customers and a stellar cut.
Thank you dearly, Katie, I hope to see you around a Monday and Tuesday. This has been my best haircut at this establishment that I have had in the almost 3 years visiting this same location.
Stylist: My stylist was Katie and would pay extra to always have her. She is a superb stylist.
