SPACES has a strict cancellation policy and is not transparent during the booking process. I reserved a meeting room 8 days in advance of a meeting, which I later learned is inside their 10-day cancellation period. There was no notification on the website that this was non-cancellable and would be charged to my credit card regardless of giving advanced notice of cancellation. I cancelled in advance and my card was charged. I called about a refund and they sent a copy of the fine print cancellation policy that was on the second page of their terms and conditions. Booking was easy, but their cancellation policy was hidden behind a link and there was zero flexibility for the cancellation. I asked them to cancel my membership and remove my data from their systems, and they sent me to their website. There is no clear method for having my account deleted. This is a good location, but I will not do business with them based on their policies and caution others to read all of the fine print before giving them a credit card. They will stick to it.

Before considering an office space here, I strongly advise against it. This has been the most terrible experience of my life. I've been trying to close my office space since April, and the disrespect and mistreatment from the staff here have been absolutely appalling. The staff have spoken to me in a reckless manner and essentially threatened me, demanding over $20,000, or they would sue me. I’ve never been treated or spoken to this way by anyone.
I am warning you: do not come to this business for an office space or anything else. You will be extremely disappointed and upset. The treatment I’ve received here is disgusting, and I intend to make sure everyone knows about it. This company doesn’t care about your business or personal needs; they only care about how much they can extract from you. Demanding $20,000 to cancel a lease is outrageous. If necessary, I will post proof of these conversations.
Again, consider this a warning: do not lease an office space here. Additionally, when there are Braves games, it’s absolute chaos, and you can barely access your office. I initially thought this would be a good idea, but I quickly realized it was a mistake after signing the lease. You have been warned—do not get a lease here; you will be highly disappointed.

Today we accidentally looked into Spaces while searching for a conference room for our corporate training. It's a delightful place, lots of rooms, lots of space for different purposes. And Olena is simply amazing, she found the best solution for us. She is doing a great job!

Fantastic and spacious multi level venue. Very clean and professional. Our group of 50+ attendees had a wonderful time during meetings and in the dining area! Staff is excellent and the Battery is Atlanta's Disneyland! 5 stars
