I normally go to the Cleveland Avenue location, but I was sent to the Pryor location for further evaluation. The first person I ever interacted with was Harlacia who is in the women’s center. She is such a sweetheart and EXTREMELY helpful. She reminds me of myself when it come down to genuinely being a help for the people and taking her job serious. Thank you for having her in position! ☺️

Dr. Williams, Rebecca and Jacob were great. They assisted me with the upmost respect and explained to me everything I WAS going to ask. Thank you for the warm welcome and making me feel comfortable the entire 25 minutes total that includes my wait time as well. Thanks❤️❤️❤️

My husband has been using Southside for several years. He loves the Love Joy location. We never have to wait long and they all seem to love their jobs. I just recently used the Ridge Ave location. They were amazing too. So friendly and helpful and compassionate. I pray they never change.

Ms. Tye in pediatric is wonderful and Ms. Brittany is awesome as well. For the most part all of the pediatric department. I did go to the dentist before and they were awesome . The women and obgyn department is awesome too . ?.Also Ms. Jones & Ms.Monica H &Ms. L. blanc is wonderful ♥️. They are very helpful. Love them @ Mental Health Department.

Dr. Williams in dental has been pulling my teeth FOREVER! I send people his way all the time because I know he’ll take great care of them! Quick & painless! And I love Rebecca’s spirit. Thank you Southside for a positive experience every time!

Val and Dr. Williams were so great! Took my tooth out and he was as gentle and calm. Val was also great she sooth me the entire time.

Dr. Woluchem has great bedside manner and patience. My Dad is a challenging patient but she managed to get him to remain focused. Her Asst. Hawa was great as well. I think they both have convinced this trouble patient to view doctors differently. Thank you so much for a pleasurable experience.

I just want to say thank you Dr. Williams and nurse Val for everything you did for me on 11/01/23. They make my experience very smooth and easy. Dr Williams numbed me up, every step of the way he was like breath, can you feel that and don’t swallow the anesthesia. He was making sure I was not in pain. Dr. Williams pulled that bad molar out. I would recommend Dr. Williams and nurse Val to anyone that needs dental care. I wild like to give this team 25 stars. Keep up the good job guys.

Thanks to your amazing nurse ty she is so sweet and full of life with the babies. The first and ONLY nurse in the whole facility within 2 years to get my baby to relax to do her vitals with no crying and i really love that!! i pray she is getting treated amazing she does amazing and deserves it all. Thank You Again with the easy and peaceful appointment we had today Nurse Ty ?.

Ms. Michelle in Pediatrics at the main center is the absolute BEST!! Once, during a visit for my baby, we had to wait a while to see the doctor and she shared her dinner with my husband and I! She's so selfless and always checking on us! She was my baby's very first nurse as a newborn and we just LOVE her! Next time you take your kids to the main center Pediatrics department , tell her Raelyn's mommy sent you! ❤️

Zaklyn Johnson - was a wonderful hygienist! She made me feel at ease and we’ll cater for. Visit #2 to SMCD was great today. Less crowded and less wait time. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Only 1 star off for dual registration (online & paper) process on visit #1.

Came for dental today! Dr Williams & Val made this a very warm and wholesome experience. Not quite like any other I’ve had at a medical facility. There was no pain and they communicated thoroughly with me during the process of extracting two of my teeth. I definitely will be coming for all future services. Thanks, y’all!

Dr.Zaklyn Johnson was the best. Not only was she quick with my cleaning but she was also gentle. I’m looking forward to my next appointment with her. And I can’t forget her assistant Lexii they are a great team together. Thank you guys for the pleasant experience

The staff at the Dental department here was really pleasant! From the front desk receptionist (Jacob) to the back rooms (Ms. Long & Ms. Melinda), I enjoyed my visit here! I Will definitely be coming back for my next procedures. I felt like a VIP patient ?
