My second time coming here and the service was amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, I was greeted at the back meat counter, the store was very clean and organized. This is now my go to meat market and it’s in my neighborhood.

Lived on Elmwood St with no car. Was the only place that didn't sell junkfood within walking distance other than American deli. Owners and staff are awesome and the selection is very respectable.

They should change their closing times from 6 pm to 5:30 pm . In stead of having customers waste time and gas . I walked in at 5:30 pm ,all of the meats were closed off and they were closing up

I wish that you could see the actual items your paying for on the receipt,and that they sell water,in the store,also need a person that is fluent in English somewhere near by.but always very clean and the cashiers beNice.its the ones behind the meat counter that gives me unprofessional vibes

I had two whole Ribeyes that I needed to get cut into steaks the people where very helpful and answered any questions I asked and the store was very clean so thank you for your customer service.

Ordered two fried lobsters. One was burnt and both were extremely salty. I called the store to let them know and the manager all but REFUSED to compensate me in ANY kind of way even though I have the receipt. He was not very understanding at all. Had every excuse in the book how he cooks the food and he does not use that much seasoning. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could do zero stars I would.

They are very friendly I been going to this meat house since 2009 and still going and will continue to give them my business the meat guy he's been in there for a long time with them when my Uncle Jessie was a live next door at Jessie Jones Station ?
