I can't remember the last time I shopped for DECENT undergarments! When I walked into Soma I expected a long drawn out process!? when I walked in, Alysah greeted me, and asked me what I needed she delivered In less than 10 MINUTES! she measured me and I wasn't convinced on her measurements, but BOY WAS I WRONG! She matched my size PERFECTLY!!! I bought more items based on all of her suggestions! I even saved some money as well!? I will be back for sure, and it was so pleasing to me that I can now wear the shirts that I want without feeling my chest would be bursting out!! LOL!!! Thanks Alysah❤️ ????

My experience with Soma as a whole was phenomenal. My journey began at the Atlantic Station location where Sonya and Monique assisted me. The atmosphere was great. I got measured, learned something new about how to wear a bra, tried on a few different styles, made my decision and purchase. Sonya and Monique made it a great experience. The bra ended up being too big so I took it back about 3 weeks later, but went to the location at Lenox mall. The young lady, who's name escapes me, was great as well. She listened to my concern, re-measured me and exchanged my bra. It was a seamless process. Soma really honors their 60 day return policy for return or exchange of bras paid for at full price whether worn or washed. I think that's pretty dope! The new bra fits wonderfully it's like I don't even have one on, super comfortable! Thank you for such an amazing experience across the board Soma and ladies, I will be back!

one of the sale associates, jessica, rushed me and my mother ( we’re black)because she saw a white woman behind us getting agitated for having to wait 5 minutes for us to finish our transactions. So she proceeded to be very rude with my mother and i just so she could get to the woman behind us. i will never go back to this location because i felt like she thought we were less than the woman behind us. if i could give this store 0 stars i would.

The workers didn’t seem very knowledgeable...or either they weren’t as interested in helping me find the right size. The store itself was neat.
