I had a 2 pm call with SSA today. After waiting 30 min, I called the office. I was on hold for 1 hour. I spoke to a representative. who advised me that I would receive a call in 30 minutes which would be 4 pm. It is now 4:59 pm and the office is now closed!! This is poor service

I had a phone appointment today and had the pleasure of speaking with Mr Davis. He was very Cordial and Professional throughout the call. He answered each question that I had . I felt that he was knowlegabe and well prepared on the subject matter that we discussed. Thanks again!!

I came there earlier and Moriz (Counter # 8) were very helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate and help fix my problems about my papers. Thank you soo muchh!! The only problem I experienced before going to the office earlier is that no one answers the phone everytime I call to follow-up but anyways thank you Moriz!...
