I purchased 3 bundles of hair and the protection plan on November 24th. 2023 and here it is 1/31/24... I paid a total of $187.49 & I have not received my products. I contacted the seller twice via email and via phone call and no response. I am requesting a full refund and to put the public on notice to not order hair from this company. I also contacted ZIP for a full investigation and refund. I am reporting here, in case I am not successful with ZIP. Sorry not sorry! Its all about business. You would at least think they would let their customers know what's going on with the status of our shipment on all social media platforms!

I ordered a 13/6 18” frontal during the Thanksgiving sale. I just got the frontal installed yesterday and It’s giving “raccoon stiff”. Needless to say, I’ve been buying frontals from Snob Life for the past 4 years and never had any issues. Now, I’ll have to replace the frontal at my “touch up service”. I’m extremely disappointed. FYI, Snob Life only sales the 13/6 inch frontals online?

I apologize for the length- I’ve purchased bundles from them before and although it did start to tangle, it wasn’t a horrible experience and that’s why I gave two stars. HOWEVER, this most recent order I placed was a terrible experience. I ordered a wig assuming I could trust the quality given I’ve ordered bundles before. The wig length and density was not at all as advertised. I returned the wig unused, lace still in tact, tag still in tact, with original packaging and they are trying to say that the wig is not in original condition so they can’t issue a refund. They said it appears brushed, tangled, and smells like a spray/perfume. I asked them “if the hair is as good as you all advertise, why would it be tangled if I never wore it and put it right back in the packaging after opening?” I’m disappointed because it’s clear that they are being shiesty to avoid issuing a refund.

I usually wouldn’t do this but for the price you pay for hair. I’ve tried to contact this company MULTIPLE TIMES with no response. I purchased over $300 worth of hair over 10 days ago and I’m order still isnt fulfilled. I’ve reached out for an order update-nothing. I reached out to cancel-nothing. This will be my last time ordering.

YeaThey are BIG NO ! I purchased the denim straight . The hair was packed to look straight( they pressed it out and sold it as straight hair) but once I cowshed the hair it became wavy . 1st red flag but I over looked it because it was for my bday and I didn’t have time to send back and wait for them to resend some else . So I’m like cool I’ll just flat iron it straight. When I till you the hair tangle to bad . You know the hair is terrible when your man say I thought you was gone order some new hair . And when I told him I did he was like that must not be some good hair. SMH NEVER AGAIN. I normally wear Miink Brazilian but Ming hair is always pretty so I wanted to switch up my vendors but ….. yea no I’ll go back to what I know

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! i booked with the male stylist for a flip over sew in. when i arrive he asks me how i want my leave out i said i want to be able to switch my parts and do a ponytail. and i asked for it to be styled in a side part. he proceeds to give me a regular side part sew in at the price of $270. then double wefted the top of my hair looks like a helmet. i ask him to fix it which he wasn’t willing to do and sends me $70 back. what a joke !!!! i hate atl hairstylist

Hair Review: I ordered the body wave online!It’s so soft and doesn’t require a lot of maintenance! The natural curl pattern is acceptable to be honest. But for curl definition use the flexi rods! I’m happy with my purchase! Will buy again! ✨

My experience was awful ! The hair styler forget my appointment I had to wait 2hours until he finished the hair of another client. No apologies for the delay, no discount, no nothing.I was truly surprise by the behavior but the hair ended up really cute at least.If you have no problem with disrespect go head but I’m never go back there .

It was a great experience. Such a lovely place to shop. The ATM was not working that day so I thought I would have to leave since I didn’t have the appropriate form of payment that they currently accept at Snob Life. However the woman allowed an alternate form of payment to allow me to purchase my products!! She was so helpful and kind. Thank you Snob Life!

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I purchased from the website September 10th, and did not receive an email with the order number or shipping information. I emailed them three times and sent a message through IG. I finally emailed Zip and they informed me of my order number and that Snob Life received payment from them. I then sent another email with the order number. It's now the 18th and I still haven't received a reply to my email. I have a hair appointment on Saturday, so fingers crossed. Long story short....horrible customer service!!!

Absolutely LOVE Their products and hair. The owner and staff are always polite and helpful! My stylist is very particular about her installs which includes the hair she accepts to install in your hair. She's amazing. As someone who was new to GA, She recommended me get my bundles from Snob life studio. 1. The hair IS AFFORDABLE! 2. It last a very long time. 3. Their bundles are THICK and does not shed. I always get a traditional sew-in. Im able to shampoo & condition my sew in and still wear my hair for 3 more weeks. My layered cut lasted two in a half- three months. The second install was a bob cut and it was flawless. I always get two bundles of the body wave 14"! This will be the only place I purchase hair from as long as I'm in GA and their open! BTW: my stylist does not work in the salon. She only suggested the purchase of the hair from Snob life?

This is why it's so hard for me to support black businesses. I purchased Brazilian Wavy a week later the bundles started tangling. I contacted this place ten times no one picked up until 2pm. The manager (Erin) places me hold for 8 minutes never came back to the phone l had to call back we stayed on the phone for 20 minutes. This woman said she couldn't do anything because the hair could've been from someone else. I hate this place!!!!!!!
