Customer service was excellent! Victoria is friendly and very knowledgeable about the store products. In this day and time it's rare that you find great customer service from someone that is friendly and knowledgeable, Victoria is excellent in both areas .

Would not recommend. I walk in and it’s just two people talking. The convo is friendly nd genuine which I liked. The customer finishes up nd leaves and I walk up to the register. B4 I can even get there he starts blasting music! Then he gets on his phone as if he didn’t see me standing there! I guess I wasn’t worth his time of day. I couldn’t hear a word he said the entire time I was n the store nd they didn’t even have n e thing I needed. I try to support black folk but y’all need work on customer service, severely. 0/5 would not recommend

Always open late. Overpriced and bad customer service. I will not shop here again. Went here to purchase a vape but that price was crazy high. Normally should cost $14.99. They charging $29.99 for a elf bar

The young lady with the dreads usually open the store, that works here at the Hookah spot is always super professional. She gives me good suggestions and always makes me feel welcomed when I walk in is really hard to come across customer service like this nowadays especially from a young adult. Keep up the good work, you have a loyal customer in me.

Alex was a great help! I work in the city and definitely will start using this business for all my supplies in vapes! Alex was very helpful in telling me the differences and what I needed best for my preferred taste! I’ll be coming here for all my on the go needs while working!
