Terrible. Leasing staff doesnt communicate at all. I applied for an apartment and didnt find out I was approved (move in date pushed back)until I called the office to let them know I was getting misinformation emails due to the staff not communicating with each other. A week later I got more random emails so I called again just for Sparcle to tell me the unit I was approved for isnt available. She then tells me to come to the office at 10am the next day. Guess who wasnt at the office the next day? I told Tavarius to tell Sparcle to reverse my admin fee and app fee so I can apply for a diff apt. Havent heard from these scammers since smh.

Smith and Porter is great! The apartments are updated and spacious, plenty of great amenities, and the location is incredible. Ethan the maintenance supervisor has been super helpful and quick to fix any issues. I don’t think you can find a better place in this area for the price.
