STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this CPA company. From the start, I was fed lies by Dolly Evans, who repeatedly assured me she was working on my taxes. However, it became evident that she never was. As a real estate professional with several related companies, timely and accurate tax filing is crucial for me. Despite my continuous follow-ups, Dolly only filed my taxes after significant pressure. The problems didn't end there. She missed filing $100,000 in expenses, which forced me to amend the returns. This mistake eventually led to an audit, causing additional stress and financial strain. As if that wasn't enough, the company was acquired by a private equity firm, and the service has deteriorated even further. The new management wanted to charge me $70 just to send a fax to the IRS! In conclusion, this CPA firm has been a nightmare to deal with. Their incompetence and unethical practices have cost me time and money. If you value your sanity and your finances, STAY AWAY and save your money.

Our production company is based in ATL, but we made a movie in the state of Kentucky. Per the state tax credit requirements, we needed to file with the state promptly. SBS came on board, worked with our limited timeline and provided a great service for us. We can't thank them enough and will certainly continue to sue them in the future.

Provided all necessary information needed for filing in February. Was told my taxes still hadn’t been started the week of the federal deadline. Ended up cancelling services and filing via another company at the very last minute. Extremely poor communication and lackluster customer service. Do not recommend.
