We ordered receipt books. The order came several weeks later than the ETA they had provided us. When the order did come in, there were printing errors. It took us 4 months to get a refund. Customer service was terrible - there was no communication at all. I do not recommend this at all. They would purposely ignore our calls till we called from a new number. And when they did answer we would speak with Micahel R, who had terrible communication and unreliable. We had to hound them for over 5 months to get anything. I've seen from other reviews that they will take payment and don't send product - after my experience, I 100% believe them.

Amazing service - process to order was great, and so reasonably priced considering what I wanted. I was worried about what might arrive, and today the most fantastic prints arrived of my work. I'm so happy with how they came out, it really made my day. I highly recommend this company and I shall continue to use them!

Doing business with Small Businesses Promotions have been a blessing to our family owned, small business. Their efficiency, excellent turn around time, communication, and reasonably priced products for our Ice Manufacturing business, has been a dream come true. Michael runs a 5 Star business! We order our carbon copy (triplicate) Delivery Receipts from him and he is always on time, professional and easy to work with. I SPOKE WITH MICHAEL REID. I CALLED BECAUSE MY ORDER WAS NOT SENT OUT. ITS BEEN A WHOLE MONTH AND HE FORGOT TO SEND IT. WE PAID ALMOST $200 FOR THESE. WHEN I CALLED TO CHECK ON IT, HE SAID THAT HE WOULD EXPEDITE IT AND ADMITTED THAT IT WAS HIS FAULT. I WAS OKAY WITH THAT, I'M VERY UNDERSTANDING AND PATIENT. WELL THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME (WITHOUT SAYING ANY FURTHER CONFIRMATION AS IF THE LINE DISCONNECTED). UNPROFESSIONAL TO HANG UP ON YOUR CUSTOMER. SO I CALLED BACK TO ASK HOW I CAN TRACK THIS, HE SAID THAT HE DID NOT SEND IT YET AND THAT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO TRACK IT. SO I CONTINUED TO ASK IF THEY WOULD SEND ME TRACKING ONCE AVAILABLE (THE LEAST HE CAN DO RIGHT, SINCE IT WAS ALREADY EXTREMELY DELAYED) AND AT THIS POINT HE SEEMED IRRITATED (I WAS STILL VERY CALM) AND HE BEGAN TO HAVE A VERY RUDE TONE AND KEPT TELLING ME THAT I WASN'T UNDERSTANDING (WHICH I UNDERSTAND THERE WASN'T A TRACKING# YET) HE GOT TEMPERED WITH ME QUICK AND SAID "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO TELL YOU, YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND?!" WOW SOO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! I HAVE NEVER ORDERED ONLINE FOR INVOICES, SO MAKING SURE ITS NOT A SCAM OR ANYTHING, ANYONE WOULD WANT TO KNOW HOW THEY CAN TRACK THE ORDER RIGHT? AND ALSO WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT. SINCE I'VE ALREADY PAID I JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE THEY ORDER IS COMING, I DON'T NEED SOMEONE YELLING AT ME ABOUT IT WHEN I ASK A SIMPLE QUESTION. HE SEEMED OFFENDED AND SAID "DO YOU WANT ME TO CANCEL THE ORDER..." I DID NOT SAY YES AND HE GOES "IM CANCELING IT". EXTREMELY RUDE AND IMPATIENT MAN. I WAS VERY POLITE CALLING IN AND WAS NOT EVEN MAD THAT HE FORGOT TO SEND IT. BUT HE SEEMED TICKED OFF WHEN I ASKED HIM IF I WOULD RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER. I CALLED BACK AND ASKED IF THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY AND HE GOES "SO WHAT DO YOU WANT NOW? WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO NOW" I SAID SIR YOU WERE THE ONE WHO WANTED TO CANCEL IT SO WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK? HE ENDED UP SENDING IT BUT IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND NOTHING.DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE, FIND SOMEONE WITH PATIENCE, ONE WHO WILL NOT DISRESPECT CUSTOMERS FOR NO ABSOLUTE REASON AT ALL. ALSO YOU WONT BE ABLE TO TRACK THE ORDER, ON HIS SITE IT STRAIGHT UP SAYS PAID AND THATS IT.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Our company placed an order October 26th, we didn't receive a proof back for a couple of weeks. I called the employee or owner said he didn't even realize they had skipped over our order, so it was just sitting in their inbox. Sends over the proof, we approve. At this point its almost been a month. I just called to see if the order has shipped, again employee or owner couldn't even tell me if it had been printed or not. I told him to send our refund back. We will see if that happens. Do not waste your time or money here. What a disappointment

Michael customized some multi-part forms for one of my clients and we have re-ordered several times. The forms look great and he makes the re-ordering process easy and efficient for me. I'll be back next time a client needs printed materials.

I was given a proof to approve that was two colors and when my sales receipts came in they were only printed in one color. I reached out to Michael Reid and he was extremely rude and refused to fix the issue, even though I had the email thread showing what I had approved in full color. When I called to speak to him on the phone, he hung up on me and has refused to even try to make things right. Horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time and money.

I have ordered sales invoices in the past using the same layout for many years. This time we decided to update our invoices and Michael helped us create fabulous new invoices. He emailed proofs and worked with us to customize the invoice template to meet our needs. The print and ship time was quick and the invoices look great.
