I am 2-3 weeks in my new apartment and I have to say everything is great! The apartment was squeaky clean wen I moved in. Isaiah was AMAZING, extremely helpful during my first tour and during my move-in process! Concierge team is also amazing and always kind and helpful. Maintenance team is on point, helpful, quick, and willing to go above and beyond, doing tasks that they didn't have to do, just to make my life easier! I thank everyone that works here!

I have lived at this SkyHouse South for seven years. I absolutely love where I live you can’t beat the price and how nice Michele ,Alyssa and awesome Maintenance Taylor are !!! every time when I go into the office they make time for me and make me feel special. They make me feel like family, I thank them for all that they do daily and want them to understand that anytime there is a change of hands and ownership in a business there will be kinks to work out and I think they’re doing awesome. Thanks Skyhouse Team for making me feel at home I plan on spending many more years at Skyhouse .

For a building that is ten years old the maintenance team has plenty to do but they respond to service requests quickly and with their usual good humor, friendliness, and concern for the tenants.
The views are good, the location is convenient, but the people make the experience great, especially the maintenance crew.

Bernard is a really amazing technician and always gets the work done smoothly. I am glad that he is here at skyhouse South. He is the reason that we can rest assured for any problems that may occur in the apartment.

Bernard Thomas has been a great help in the maintenance of the apartment and answering any calls regarding anything that's not working in the apartment. His presence made living in skyhouse South a great experience.

Break-ins all the time! Concierge wouldn't help provide footage of my car being broke into. This will happen to you as well if you move in here.
There is at least two-four break-ins per week as there is multiple homeless people that sleep inside the garage. No security in the parking garage at night either.
Stay away if you don't want to live in corrupt, low IQ facilities.

I came into sky house to look into leasing an apartment. A woman named Alexis or At least that’s what she told me her name was. She looked at me like I was complete trash talked down to me and refused to help me in any way!! She then proceeded to go to her office and sit with a young blond headed man laughing at me and my husband instead of even treating us like humans! I’m assuming by how I was dressed (due to my occupation) she thought I was not good enough to lease an apartment there! I will never rent from this apartment complex and will make sure no one I know does either! You should treat people with respect it’s

I enjoyed the building and the staff. I went to use the swimming pool at a family member house and the maintenance guy Bernard I think was very cool. He was patient and answered any questions or concerns I had about how to get around the place

I toured here recently and really liked the apartments. I ran into a member of the maintenance staff while on tour. I believe his name was Bernard and he was really helpful at answering some questions about maintenance turnarounds timeframes and if the apts have many issues. Great staffing!
