It’s been a few years since I experienced premier customer service. Since the pandemic it seems that many businesses throughout the Atlanta area has been lacking on the overall customer experience and expectations. I have to say both Isiah and Mary went above and beyond in helping me secure a vehicle as my car was stolen and I was in desperate need to get back on the road. From the time I walked into the Buckhead location I was greeted and ushered through in a timely fashion. I was also given a free upgrade! I will definitely be renting from the Sixt Buckhead location in the future. Keep up the outstanding service!!

I rented a car for an out of town get away for a couple of days and Mark made my experience incredibly easy and smooth. He was detail oriented when explaining everything I needed to know about my rental and really looked out for me. I will definitely be back for any of my car rental needs. THANK YOU MARK !!

Where is the no stars button? The website allowed me to book a certain class of car, but when I arrived they didn’t have it. Happens all the time at car rental places…usually results in a free upgrade. Not today…they wanted me to pay an extra $150 for a upgrade to the only car they had. However, the young lady standing next to me was offered 4 different cars to choose from. What a joke!! Do not rent from here, unless you want to be treated poorly.

The rental car company was right next to the hotel so it made everything so easy! Very friendly service, the car was exceptionally neat and the drive was so smooth!! The only thing was, we tried to park the car back in the car company parking lot but due to we seen boots on other cars amd the sogn that said no parking, we decided to park it at the hotel. It didn't specify if it was for the rental cars as well. There was a cost to do so which was a little disappointing because we wanted to leave the car there and return the keys the next morning. Overall, it was a good experience!!

We rented a BMW X5 last Friday and have been utterly disappointed. I've been calling EVERY DAY trying to get a hold of someone because there is a nail in the tire, the alignment is off and the car reeks of cigarettes and Marijuana. The car is not drivable. Beyond frustrated that we've paid all this money for a car we can't drive and now we can't even get anyone on the phone to rectify the situation.At this point I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and calling my credit card company to notify them of the situation that I've received a faulty vehicle and filing a dispute.Also, it would be nice if Sixt actually posted a local number to call, rather than a call center that is of no help at all.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Awesome service at Sixt!If you are planning on using the Avis at the buckhead Marriott nearby at 3405 Lenox rd do NOT use them. We reserved two days in advance, and not only did they give our car to another customer in the morning, they didn't check ID and let them use our reservation number, so if we didn't call customer service we would have been charged! Not only that but that Avis did not even have a desk attendant. They had a sign that said "back in 10 minutes" and a phone number. Well, when we called the phone number he BLAMED us for "probably making a reservation in the past 2 hours" and told us they had no cars left. Thankfully the awesome team member THE Mark at Sixt blessed us with this beautiful GMC rental 15 minutes before closing! He saved us big time! Highly recommend!

So had a reservation for the location at Atlanta airport we get to the desk and they are having everyone wait for their rentals about an hour saying they’ll call us when a car is available I think they could’ve planned it out better to where all these customers aren’t waiting for a rental when a reservation is already made. A car should be ready and waiting for every reservation this is ridiculous

Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Mark Shannon in the buckhead, Atlanta location he truly turned my experience around with Sixt. He listened, understood and went above and beyond to make things better for me. A great smile and personality I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with him. I was treated absolutely disgusting and horrible at the ATL airport location. The agents there was rude and disrespectful. They were more concerned with personal conversations and talking of things they were going to do after work. I asked to speak to manager hoping to find a resolution to the problem I was having with the agent. Instead she acted more poorly than the representatives. It was almost as she was implying that I also could not afford the vehicle that I was wanting to rent. Her and another started to speak inappropriately about me as if I was not there. The overall company’s I don’t think I would rent from again unless I personally felt with mark. Other than that this will be my last time giving any of them my money after how I was treated.

I rented a vehicle 5 months ago from the Buckhead location. My selected car type (compact) was not available so I was given the first available car, which was a small SUV. As you are required to do, I inspected the vehicle for damage. I saw no obvious damage so proceeded with the car rental. The car rental was uneventful and I returned the vehicle to the ATL Airport location. This month, 5 months later, I received pictures and a repair bill for over $1,000 due to various issues with a wheel (apparently needs to be replaced) - the photos from the return show no obvious issues or damage to someone not intimately familiar with vehicle wheels or tires (picture below).I have attempted to contact SIXT twice via phone with no response, so have emailed customer service for additional information on my claim. Over 14 days later, I have not received any helpful information - after following up, I got a response to refer back to their initial email, which did not answer or address any of my concerns. I am asking them for photo confirmation that the wheel was not damaged prior to my rental, and confirmation that the damage is not from normal wear and tear, as there were no incidents during my rental. As I stated in my email to the claims department, the "issue" on the wheel would not have been obvious to most renters. They have not addressed any of my concerns.I will never rent from SIXT again. If you do rent from them, I strongly recommend that you document the vehicle completely via photos to ensure there is no prior damage.

Great experience. I always ran into some glitch or the other with several other providers. Staff super helpful. Explained the rental terms very clearly. The car was new and it was fun. My best rental experience

It was busy when I pulled up, but the staff was friendly, efficient and quick. Got the car I wanted and was on my way. The car was clean inside and out with a full tank of gas. Return was simple, I walked in - handed my keys to an employee and left. Everything was processed that same day and the hold dropped of my card by Tuesday (Saturday Drop off). I also paid about $100 less for the 4 days I had this car from Sixt than I would have with another company for less of car. Definitely would recommend using this company in the future.

Not really sure why this place gets so many bad reviews. Pickup was easy. I was offered a "better" car for no extra price. I say better in quotes because that is really subjective, but the car was essentially brand new, whereas I was told the one I reserved was beat up.Service was great, pickup in less than 10 mins before the place even technically opened. Dropoff was insanely easy, drop the keys and go.

Mark over at the Buckhead location took very good care of me and provided EXCELLENT customer service. This was my first experience with Sixt and I definitely will be using their services again in the future. I recommend them for all of your rental car needs.

I had an incredible experience with your company. The Mustang convertible was not available, so I was upgraded to a Mercedes SUV. We could not have had a better ride. We drove almost 3000 miles up the East coast and back down the Midwest back home. The drive was smooth, road noise practically non-existent and Android auto was a Godsend.
