Visiting Atlanta from Seattle. The team at the Sixt on Peachtree was amazing. Cherrett, in particular, was great. She not only helped me pick the right car but also went the extra mile to recommend some places for me to go and things to do while I’m visiting.
Also, the first car I got had an issue with the Bluetooth. The team without hesitation helped me get in a different vehicle that worked perfectly.
Just a solid experience. Can’t recommend them enough. Thanks for making my stay in Atlanta great!

Unprofessional Response, I rented 3 times when I go there Waiting so long , When I will ask Any Other Questions They not Respond properly worst service , Reception people Not 1 time every time like that

I recently rented a car with Sixt. Tessa the agent that assisted me was awesome. Great attitude. Great customer service. Got me in and out within minutes! So fast my coffee was still hot when I got in the car. Side note ; I needed to extend my rental agreement and that process was quick and easily done over the phone. I love Sixt!

They did not honor the reservation. Basically they say that they are not reservations so it is first come first serve.

Price gouging. I booked a one way rental online.when I showed up to get the car I was informed that there would be a $500 surcharge for the one way rental. Their way of capitalizing on the Delta tech disaster.

I reserved the car the day before , got there it was a little wait to get the car but i rented the SUV for 4 days and the car was amazing along with the Customer Service. I have nothing bad to say about the company. I’ll definitely be back ! My only concern is how long they take for the deposit to be back in your account it’s been 15 days and still nothing which I don’t understand why it have to take that long to get it back.

Our experience with Sixt was terrible. From the moment my sister and I walked in, the staff barely acknowledged us—they were too busy chatting with each other to care. They also tried to scam us by asking us to pay for insurance, that we already had purchased online. Probably as we are foreigners, we were seen as an easy target.
The car we got reeked of cigarettes but we decided not to report it, thinking it was better to just let it go, but that was clearly a mistake. They ended up charging us $200 for a "special cleaning fee" because some sand got in the car when we went to the beach. It was just dry sand, nothing spilled or messy, no mud or soil, and it would’ve taken five minutes to vacuum out—not worth $200!
Overall, we were really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend renting from Sixt.

We are so glad we've come to this rental car place.the front desk was really approachable and helpful.He was able to fix the problem we were having with another rental car agency.Highly recommended car rental company???

Alert they are scammers!!!!!!!! The worst and least trusted car rental place I have ever came across. I had to wait over an hour for the car. The guy at the desk was so rude and barely said hello. I was blamed for scratches on the car that I know were there before I left but they were minor and I never in all my years with any other company got blamed for minor scratches. So I did not take video. I’m being charged 794.00 for these scratches. Karma is real. This company has a heart of stone and no soul. They know they blame the next customer that does take photos/videos of the car when they leave then tackle on a charge to the next poor customer. They think people don’t know what they are up to. I will never and I mean never use this company. And I will spread this to all my friends and family, on how this company scams people. Scammers scammers scammers

I love Sixt. They have the best vehicles and the best staff. The vehicles are always in great condition and the newest year which is a plus. The staff is always great. My most recent visit, Mason was great. He gave me different rental options as well as a free upgrade since I'm a platinum member. He was very professional and kind and the experience is always delightful.

Have been Sixt customers for over a decade, started off great!
With customer service and hiring of the right people in the right position. Being a customer based business, I believe this attributed to your all success. Although looks like a complete 180 degree turn from what we have come to expect from Sixt, higher prices, zero customer service. After nearly a dozen years renting from them, we will discontinue completely. Will follow up with more detailed review our experiences. Trust us, rent elsewhere! Years ago, great, now they just ping pong you through emails to communicate when they are in the wrong. They will reply to this suggesting we contact service@sixt, when Sixt is aware of this because we tried to take care of this internally. Very sad treatment of consistent loyal customers.

I am in here today they move like turtles. They do not say hello when you come in. I needed to step away to make funds available on a second credit card. I come back in they state I need to wait at the end of the line I already waited 40 mins to get the initial help. They need more training on customer service. I came to this location before 2 years ago it wasn’t this bad but I see who will not get my business any longer
