Brought a link necklace in for them to fix after i accidentally broke it. When I brought it in, they quoted me a price to fix it. When I came back and examined the necklace, there were 2 other places where the necklace was weak and pointed it out. I guess they were in a rush and just did a poor job. I wish instead of doing the bare minimum, they would have taken the time to get my necklace right. The first portion they repaired looks great, the other two look ridiculous.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !!! Went to get the battery replaced on a seiko prospex, when I went to go pick up the my watch I noticed that 1 of the screw down buttons was stuck, when I brought it the guys attention he kept on saying “no don’t touch it it’s ok it’s ok” when clearly it wasn’t, and he refused to do anything about it, so he basically changed my battery and damaged my watch at the same time!

Went in to have a clasp replaced on my gold necklace. Wore it the next day to church and the necklace came loose. I discovered that the clasp was broken or possibly the same one that was broken initially. I paid $20.00 to replace the clasp. I had to return the next day to get it fixed. Had to leave it yet again and pick up on Tuesday afternoon. I made sure it was working before I left.

Excellent service. Have had many battery replacements and watch repairs done with no problems. When I did have problem with watch repair didn't have any issue resolving problem. Very respectful and appreciative of your giving him your service. Have used him many years
