I NEVER write reviews but I was compelled to do so today because of the horrible customer service I experienced while shopping today. It was my first time there and I had many questions. I wish I would have gotten her name but the person “helping” me was condescending and acted like I was bothering her with my questions . She looked at me as if I was stupid, when I clearly told her it was my first time here. I will never come here again.

Store shows open signhowever employees said it’s closed and are sitting on the counter chatting. Felt very unprofessional and disappointing with lack of customer service

Spencer was insanely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting my husband and I in choosing the necessary materials needed to paint our living room! I will definitely come back here and I recommend you go see Spencer the paint guru!

The employee Crystal was extremely rude. She is not knowledgeable. I will take my business elsewhere. By the way, the Dunwoody Village location has knowledgeable and helpful staff!!! I highly recommend Dunwoody Village location if you are in this area.

With personable and knowledgeable staff, this store is my go-to for paint and painting supplies. They take time to match paint samples right, and they seem to really know what they are doing. Two thumbs up!
