If I could give them more stars I would. Victoria is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to get my paint just right. I was trying to match 2 pantone colors to paint, which is always a challenge. Victoria worked with me to get them as close as possible and was not phased by the challenge. She’s a real gem and made all the difference. If you need paint, this is the place to go.

I spent $2000 and the girl was extremely rude and unprofessional because I couldn’t fit my truck and trailer in their tiny parking lot I love Sherman Williams and spend tons of money here but will never be back to this location cooperate should get a handle on this before they start loosing a lot of money I am considering using Benjamin Moore next time

Khiara went above and beyond helping me today! She was very patient and pleasant to work with. I had some custom paint and needed the color reworked. She went the extra mile to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase.

What is customer service? They wouldn’t know!!! I’ve been in the location for 20-30 minutes and no one has acknowledged me or helped me!!! A VERY SARCASTIC AND RUDE woman “Tamika” seems to be the only one who gets caught by the customers and then is forced to help but her attitude is NASTY!!! I had to call the store WHILE IN THE STORE to get help. Tamika answered the phone and dramatically paused when I asked her to come to the front to help! Very dry, very nasty, very rude. I will be calling corporate!!!
