Absolutely disgusting. Find a box seltzer molded past the point of no return. Grabbed the box noticed it had mold after it already got on my clothes/jacket. I inform the teller at the counter. He just put the same box back and turned it around. I had to explain the major health risk of that and how the health inspector will shut you guys down before he decided to remove the box.

There was a bloody tampon sitting on top of the toilet paper dispenser and the bathroom has neither a stall or a lock on the door

Paid for air and then realized that the nozzle was broken. I informed the employee at the counter who said, I know, it's been broken. I suggested that he put a sign on the machine to let people know it doesn't work before they put money in. He said, it doesn't belong to us. Even though it is on his property and affecting his customers, he didn't care enough to put a sign up. What awful service! Do not use this station they don't give a crap about their customers.

Poor customer service and always tries to overcharge. They do this without showing you the prices they ring up on the screen. Has happened to me three times.

For a newer location, this place has gone downhill rather quickly. The soda machines not working, the restrooms are both broken, and the cooler for all the beverages is not cold enough. Stop only of you need gas.

No ones ever at the store, they close at like 9 and aren’t around again till noon. If they are there they are playing poker or have horrible ibs. Never see them when I need them

I am a regular Shell customer and, until stopping at the Shell at 1896 Piedmont Ave in Atlanta, have never had a bad experience. This Shell gas station, however, was TERRIBLE. The machine to run my Kroger Plus points was malfunctioning and, instead of apologizing for the malfunction, the employee named "Dipok" insisted I keep cancelling the process and starting over, even though I kept telling him that the machine was malfunctioning. Finally, after about the 10th time of this go around, I told him that I would never come to the gas station again but that I would go ahead and get gas this one time (because I was on empty). During all of this, another employee was holding the $100 bill that I had given for the gas. Dipok retrieved the $100 bill and threw it at me and only took it back when I insisted on getting the gas. The station needs some serious training in customer relations.H. Coale
