These Are By Far The Worse Apartments I’ve Moved In. The Property Manger Is Definitely The Worse, when the lord ready for her and hers , she will get it. They know ppl have rats, they know trash be everywhere, they know maintenance doesn’t do work. Their favorite line is they have to wait for funds. Ppl are paying 1600$ in rent Yall. Y’all have to co tact your local congressman and HUD. Keep receipts, keep pictures and work orders y’all put in. They can delete things off your portal. Get a free lawyer and call code enforcement. I’m 4 yrs in and I’m almost ready to go. These ppl are here to collect a free check. I definitely assure u tho. Once u go on the congressman website and keep reporting they’ll assign someone to assist u and it’s quick and easy. Make sure your apartment is clean as a whistle because Clarissa gone find something , junk sad man. Idk if her and the maintenance man together or the family but they are by far the worse ppl. I kinda like Patricia at first but once u call with an issue she gets upset as well man. These ppl deserve to catch Covid and don’t recover. They don’t care about u having kids or nun of that, but when it’s my time to shine , I’m on that. WATCH ME. Ima upload all the trash near my building when I get home. They don’t understand, this how ppl have horrible things done to them, playing with ppl money and wasting time. They haven’t met that mental person yet.

My experience with this community and management company have been horrible and humiliating. There have been nothing but discrimination and bias personal opinion made towards me as low income tenant. Management has failed to keep a positive landlord/tenant relationship with me. Just this pass Wednesday I had an appointment which was so degrading I could not utter a word. I felt upon hardship I was denied assistant. Tried to handle my obligation thru court but? This is not my first nor last review until I know for facts my personal information is not being used nor that I own them any payments. They withheld my dependents from my lease just to pay more in rent. I showed this and more but was told it's irrelevant to why I'm not doing anything to pay.

The property conditions are getting worse..please think twice before leasing a unit here. Unsafe and hazardous conditions, squatters break in abandoned units..we are currently looking for my grandmother a different place to live.

I can give this place a negative star I will. This is a terrible place to live. The maintenance staff are all on drugs. They never fix anything I’ve put in countless of work orders, and no one has never came to my home to fix anything even though they say they did the property managers always have the nastiest attitudes they don’t care about what goes on in your life, you can live there for years and have small situation to where you have to postulate payment. They slap you with all these late fees no matter what the situation is. They are not understanding of anything like everyone in that office is rich and they pay all the bills on time like life doesn’t happen , they don’t care about your safety. I’ve been living there for almost 5 years and all the security doors do not work even though they give you a key that you have to pay $50 for that we never use so homeless people sleep in the breezeways, they use it as a toilet And a place to live. When it’s cold outside it’s dangerous that anybody could walk in the breezeway you can get Robbed murdered all the above the car gate never works so good luck on finding a parking spot even though you live, anybody can come in and take up the parking spaces the property is nasty the maintenance man don’t clean I clean my own breezeway. I sweep around my own breezeway because they don’t do it. It’s trash all over the place , they have bugs, roaches and rodents running all over the complex and then they say it’s our responsibility for extermination, and I’ve never had roaches before, but it mighty funny since I’ve lived here roaches are in my building because they don’t clean they are the rudest people that I have ever met in my life. I think everyone that works in the office are demons because you can come in there with a polite attitude, and all they do is roll their eyes and talk to you like you are beneath them like they are better than you I don’t know what their problem is but they need a great huge attitude check. This is a terrible property to live in. I don’t recommend it for anyone to live here, because it’s nothing but problem at the problem but they want you to pay your rent on time every month even though they never come out to fix anything in your unit no matter how many work orders you put in and then when you call and ask for a corporate number they don’t have one they can never keep a property manager so when you do email the property manager and they don’t work there they don’t tell you that they are no longer there anymore so whatever concern that you had no one never gets it and then when you do finally call to speak with someone they’ll say oh that property manager is no longer with us but you have been emailing them for the past couple of weeks or months without them telling you that hey this property manager is no longer here anymore so what concerns do you have terrible communication skills terrible attitudes terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible

Management that's a under statement for Integral Properties. They have outsourced the water just so they can send them 1 bill for the entire community to pay. Yelp CONSERVICE &Integral are ripping ppl residents off with no explanation except for I'll adjust the bill this time...... How!!! Who is reading the meters provided by the CITY OF ATLANTA ? OH I forgot nobody. The Community Manager decides on how much you pay? Still doesn't add up, who is READING THE METERS? CONSERVICE always say call the Leasing office ? Again no DIRECT answer on who reads the METER. RIP OFF. I won't be surprised if a class action is filed on this NONSENSE.

If I could give negative stars I promise I would. Run for your lives I beg of you do Not rent from here. Within a year my car has been stolen four times from inside the gate that has been broken for over a year. You won’t have any safety and there are not any regards when mentioned. The building gates are broken the trash compilers are broken rats roaches people breaking into homes and cars as well as getting shot. They will lie about getting gates filled and even lie about security. Clarissa Doyle is the demise of the neighborhood I lived here for 5 years the 5th year she came and she lies and stutters while doing so.

The maintenance here is terrible. They never fix anything then when they come in they look at it for a second and say I dont have the proper things to fix itYou call the rent office they get at attitude with you it’s take almost a year to fix one thing

I understand reviews are important which is why I am providing one especially since it is concerning the selection of a place one will call home. Also because I took a leap of faith when considering renting in this community as many of the reviews were a little off putting. However, I also fortunately was a little more aware of the environment and understand that every ones experience can be different as can personalities. I therefore compared and contrasted reviews as well as took into consideration variables that often exist. I understand that many a person often have a view from a surface level prospective. I do not and it is because of this, that I did not miss out on the opportunity to rent within this community. Patricia is as diligent as one can be when there are other factors or variables in play. She is well informed, courteous and readily available. During the inquiry stage there was no push back when a multitude of questions was asked and callbacks were always received if a message has was left. During the application process Patricia was readily available and if any constraints or delays occurred, I was advised, for example I actually put in for one apartment that was coming available , that apartment status changed and I was subsequently informed. Additionally an alternative apartment was offered that I was unaware of and ultimately that is the unit I rented. The journey in renting was not seamless, but what is in life? However, with the honesty, diligence and guidance of Patricia, i was fully made aware, kept up to date and offered options. Upon my joining the community, I was also given additional information and advice from Patricia, from a purely fellow human being perspective. I do not have children yet, however I was very impressed to see that the community both embraces children and most especially is able to afford the good old fashioned secure environment for children. Plus all the children are so polite. In essence my overall experience makes me confident and rest assured that if any issues do occur during my residency they will be addressed swiftly. In summary for those reading this review, understand that if you approach a situation or option with courtesy, patience and understanding, you will evoke the best possible experience and if it does not manifest, then you can be guaranteed that the situation or in case the place is not right for you. Hope this helps, as apartment hunting is very difficult.

The sad thing about it is the people in the office should have more pride in the company they represent. Why not address the roach, break ins, inoperable appliances. But it’s just not their fault the community needs to take of their homes. Do you see Asians and Whites destroying their homes? No they take care of one another and the environment and laugh at us as we go to our raggedy establishment. I stayed over with boyfriend. ALOT don’t give me the spill I’m not in your system.

Applied for apt they website said is avail the 1st it now wasn’t. Made to pay a holding fee and they had no idea when it was going to be ready. Maint waiting on fridge and stove. So we went from the 1st to now 3rd-10th. Also prolonged as Patricia kept stating she going on vacation and it would be on hold for a week. They ask really personal information and an offer letter is enough proof of employment. Called to follow up on application to see when we could move in so I didn’t have to pay an extra month storage fees and airbnb. Patricia was very unhappy with her job. I heard the word VACATION more times than I can count. Completely unprofessional and this property should be looked into letting people apply with no properties avail. So they can pocket the 50$ Wouldn’t touch this place with a 10 foot pole. Living in your car is more homey.

Man For The Apartments To Be So Nice & Expensive , They Go Down The Drain Because They Fix Nothing. I have Maintenance Request From 1 1/2 Yr Ago. Imagine Paying Your Rent & Have To Pay Someone To Fix Everything In Your Apartment, From Plumbing, Filter Changes, Appliances, Bulbs & Everything. Only Good Thing About Them Is They Have Great Attitudes In The Office. Crime Rate Is Horrible Man. These Mf Are So Beautiful Inside , I Hate To See Them Going Down Drain Bro.

I've been living at Ashley Collegetown for 15 years and I love living here. Since Ashanti Mitchell came back, things have returned back to the level before she left. I hope she's here to stay as property manager. I just renewed my lease for another 14 months. Welcome back Ashanti!!!

I have had A/C issues all year.NO REASON WHY I HAVE PUT IN OVER 20 MAINTENANCE REQUEST REGARDING MY A/C AND IT IS STILL BROKEN. They don't fix anything! I should NOT have to keep leaving my home where I pay bills at because you all wont fix anything. They don't know when they can get to your unit or when anything will be fixed. How is it considered a emergency maintenance if you all aren't treating it as such!!!! They come fix the A/C for one day and its back out. Its a terrible place to live. I feel like I'm paying to live outside. Trash everywhere on the stairwell. Trash in the parking lot. Roaches on the stairwell. Nobody that works here cares or trys!!!! All the reviews say the same thing. You all can save the weak response because all the reviews have the same complaints!!!!!
