I put my car in this body shop from an accident, l was told it would be ready two weeks. However, over one month they still did not have my car ready, I was out of my rental of 30 days.When I finally picked my car after 34 days in the shop ,it still was not ready. They were still working on it . I stayed until 10:00PM it was still not ready. So l agreed with the owner to bring the car on Monday. They could not print a bill on what was repaired. I call on Monday to let the manager know I was coming back, he could not see me that day or any other day when l called. I had no records or receipt what work was done. This went on for almost a month for me asking to finish my car, l was trying to be kind to a Black man in business. That did not work. Then I found out he had over charged me by $ 700.00 and he was paid $ 3279.00 . I owed him $ 2589.00 and he was paid that amount plus the $ 700.00 as he added $ 700.00 more to the bill. He still would not give me the receipt nor complete car parts missing on the car. I am a local Attorney( Black), What he did is fraud I will see him in court for all damages, his clear negligent and fraud. He should not have Business License as well. I am writing this review for those who may think about taking your car to Shaw Auto Shop be careful.

A three week job turned into a six week job. Im still waiting on my car. Everytime i call the pick up date consistently is being changed and all the owner keep saying is, WE LOOKING GOOD. They lie about the process and turnover time. I went to the location this morning and they were supposed to be pulling it out of paint in 45min from that time. I gave them a few hours, called back at 12:35 to check on it and it was just being pulled out of paint at that time. So they lied again to my face this morning. I literally had to get out of character and tell them GIVE ME MY CAR. All the owner could say is OK, WE WORKING ON IT. They are very unprofessional and i hate to say it but like many of my people.. They drag their feet. Please don't waist your time with these people. PATHETIC!!!Services: Painting

Shaw’s Body Shop got my car looking better then it did when I bought it. They are very professional and quick. They do outstanding work here. They also called the rental car company and cleared up a problem I was having. I was stressed out during the holidays with my car and they made it as easy for me as they could. I can’t thank these guys enough !!!

Its hard to support black business for reasons like this place. If you need a body shop there is one next to Shaws. They have no respect for your time and have a take it or leave it attitude. They are not in a hurry to get you your car back... Never again.
