These apartments was good and all but the security was a little rude and very strict. I wouldn’t advise nobody to move in these low down dirty apartments. The inside of the apartment wasn’t very good look but it was acceptable at the time I moved there. The staff and the people was ok but some people are just not nobody you would want to live by. I still don’t like the low down dirty apartments for many realistic and acceptable reasons. I’m giving these apartments my true rating and I will never lie about where I stay and where I lay my head so yes I wouldn’t advise nobody to move in these low down dirty apartments and that’s my true rating not like the other fake people rating this with fake and unacceptable things there typing . I had a good time in these apartments but like I said I wouldn’t advise nobody to move in these low down dirty apartments and find a better and affordable place to live because these apartments are not it. Thank you and don’t try to check me for what I said because I said what I said and I don’t care.

I love it here!!! Very well groomed grounds and management/staff is like family! I truly feel at home here :-) And big shout out to the manager Mr James for assisting me with rent coverage at a desperate time of need. That was above and beyond and I am beyond grateful for such a caring gesture! I was also accommodated in many ways ?

This is an amazing place. One of the few places in Atlanta that isn't overcharging, and the floor plans and very spacious. The location is conveniently placed next to a couple of different bus stops, and the staff are amazing. When I fell behind on rent I reached out to management and Mr. James provided me with links to applications for rent assistance. They have a very helpful staff that is caring and all my neighbors were extremely friendly.

Everyone in the leasing office was great. We work with Jamon he was awesome and a pleasant to work with. He made sure all my needs was met and always had a smile on his face and really good person to talk too. Good energy not rush, and not rude . I Like my apartment so far no complaints. ?????

My experience has been great. Repair are addressed in timely manner, Office staff are top-notch. On the Westside with a Buckhead vibe! Only reasons didn't get 5 stars because things I wanted wasn't available to me at that time.

This has been the literal best experience! Mr. James genuinely cares about people. The entire office staff is the best. Highly professional, outgoing and genuine !
