sandwiches are usually fire. Buckhead location is always on point. But Midtown Savi has been lacking with the hot food lately. Whoever is running the line needs to have some serious training. EVERY piece of avocado on my BLT was blacker than me chile

Fairly inconvenient location with minimal options.. I never see anyone in there and I think there’s a reason why.. customer service has some room for improvement.

I stop by occasionally and the Indian man who works there is very racist towards me.He follows me around the store and treats me like I’m stealing.He’s not welcoming and once I asked for a straw and he said “For what?”.His coworker apologized and handed it to me.I wish there was a way I could report him to corporate.

Unpretentious yet delicious bagel with lox and a very good coffee! They carry "upper-end" versions of most convenience store staples and the people are super nice.

Just had the most horrible service at this market! I live in the neighborhood and I thought "I'd really like to support this small business for my morning coffee instead of a larger chain." Well forget that! I ordered my coffee with a young girl who seemed to have a terrible attitude and clearly didn't want to be there -- no welcome, no response when I said good morning, no "thank you," etc. I ordered my coffee without cream but changed my mind shortly thereafter; I was rudely told: "I just asked you if you wanted cream!!!" She then rudely stated it was Half & Half which was fine with me; she started to add the cream (without pouring out any of the coffee) then a man came from around the counter and said something in a rude tone to me but I couldn't understand what he was saying. I was very clear and said "I live in the neighborhood and wanted to support a small business but trust me I won't be back!" Horrible staff and incredibly rude -- enter at your own risk!

Terrible customer service. We went in to grab a sandwich and they wouldn't make any adjustments or substitutions to our order. We ended up leaving without placing the order because the man at the register was so rude. Save your time and grab food elsewhere.

I adore this location of Savi Provisions. They have the best selection of crackers, wines and ice creams. I also really enjoy the cafe for a quick lunch. I work in the office across the street! It is so convenient to pop by. ALSO they have fresh chocolate chip cookies in the cafe that will knock your socks off. They put a little bit of sea salt on the top. They are gooey, crisp on the edges, lots of chocolate and the perfect size. Bravo!

Wine anyone? Cheese too? Oh yeah! This place has large selection of both. They also have great menu if your hungry & Jittery Joe coffees. Jittery Joe has one of the best chai lattes around. Must try if you like chai. The rest of the store is a myriad of grocery, necessities, & bakery.

This used to be run better. But now it's subpar selections and premade foods with subpar service. As other have mentioned the folks that run the counter have bad attitudes.

I can't think of a time when I've been spoken to so rudely. I called politely asking for a manager and his reply sounded like he was asking the same question again and so I repeated myself and he said nothing and immediately hung up. I then called back and he did not answer the phone. It was so bizarre. So I tried one last time and when I asked for the manager he was very short and said "why?". When I explained we were a local nonprofit and we were hoping they'd be interested in a small donation he rudely said "no" and nothing else and hung up. I get that not everyone can do give and that's understandable, but I do expected to treated with respect esp. when I give it. I will never patron a place that doesn't treat its public with respect yet expects us to give them our business and hard earned money. Hard pass.

nice little market in the city. they need to standardize their food prep however. half the time my sandwich or wrap etc. is great and the other half it’s downright BAD. the chicken salad wrap i got earlier this week was bomb. the one i’m eating now is not worth half its $10 price point. will stick to wine and snacks from this location. cookies are good!

Cool idea, poor execution.1. Machines don’t work well2. You have to prepay, not knowing the cost of everything. No open tabs.3. Bottles and kegs run out and there’s nothing you can do4. Glassware isn’t great

Perfect little urban shop to grab some quick groceries. They offer quick grab food too. I was impressed by the wine and beer selection.
